I wanted to know if my cerulegdle could learn poltergeist before spending my lp on the tm, I checked here and the page for poltergeist has like 12 pokemon that can learn it despite after checking in-game I found that not only can my cerulegde learn it but so can my skeliderge and my bramblegast.
