Questions such as "What is a good moveset for Pikachu in UNITE?" This would include Battle Items, Held Items, which moves to choose on level-up, effective strategies for said Pokémon if they wanted to, etc.

It's unlikely that we will, since I'm pretty sure Pokemon Unite just applies as any other side-game, and we don't have movesets for those like Mystery Dungeon, but I'm not sure.
Unite is a bit different because using certain moves also ties into playstyle and there are major and minor balance changes going on frequently (like the Gengar Nerf and the Charizard Buff) that could change the way movesets can useful. I'm not saying that it is useless, either; for example, someone could write how to use Charizard to Attack and score, farm energy better, and or defend better, and which area you'd want to focus on also tie into and influence moveset decisions.

If something like this is made, however, due to the changing meta and introduction of new mons and balance changes, movesets may become obsolete or inaccurate pretty quickly, so that might be a pain to moderate/maintain. :P
I don't play Unite, so I don't think I should make a decision about this. However, I am much more sympathetic toward Unite movesets than I am for, say, PMD movesets because there is only a handful of Pokemon in the game, and it has a proper competitive setting.
Main concern is what Staka mentions -- Unite gets regular balance updates, and every patch makes the previous one obsolete (unlike past gens of Pokemon), which means optimal strategies could be turned over very quickly. If others who play Unite have a stance on how big of a problem this is, then I'm interesting in hearing it.
