Seriously, who wants to see if someone fixes a capitalization or spelling error in their answer?

Some pointers/workarounds for this:
- posts edited within 5 minutes will not show as edited
- no one minds if you edit stuff within reasonable timeframes (like, first few days)
- you can always post it onto my wall and ask me to edit it for you! I have the ability to silently edit things, meaning it won’t show up on the recently activity page or edit logs. I’m always happy to help you if you need anything
- you can always flag other peoples’ posts for mods to edit as well. Flag the post, leave a comment like “typo/grammar error”, hide your comment, and we’ll fix it silently.
- If you’re worried about typos, you can always use stuff like Grammarly to look over your posts, or even ask ChatGPT “can you make sure there’s no typos or grammar issues in this” and see what it has to say.

ultimately, you don’t have to be afraid of making mistakes. It’s okay to not have perfect spelling or grammar or capitalization. And you also don’t need to be afraid of editing stuff; just be mindful if you think it’s worth the bump, yknow?
Agree with the above comment. I'd like to add it's not worth bumping a post that's more than a day or so old to fix something as small as capitalization or even a spelling error. It's the internet and nobody's expecting you to speak with perfect grammar.
I think the issue is with unhelpful edits, not with small edits. As long as your edits improve the actual post, they should be fine.
