i have recently tried to use my profile picture on gravatar however i have failed to do so by getting a warning saying "New users cannot edit their profile", and what are the requirements of actually getting allowance and for the new user pages i have checked they usually only show requirements on usual things like disliking/flagging etc. and not using gravatar to use profile pictures in specific and i am unsure if it's a point or a account time limitation since really they don't really describe it too much overall for this type of feature in specific, also any responses are appreciated.
