Password reset not working

Question

Heyyy I'm still pretty dead because I don't like the new games, but I'm changing my emails everywhere and having trouble here, so I need help. It send me a code to change my email, but even if I copy/paste the code exactly it says it isn't correct. It also gives me a link to click to confirm it, but that also makes it say that the code isn't correct.

The email/password change was temperamental last time I used it, but eventually worked.
