Why cant i post on walls?

This is probably not the right place to say this (please tell me where to say stuff like this) but i cant post on walls (at BokéBase) anymore and i dont know what i did wrong.

And also upvoting questions and answers.

The requirement for posting on walls is 30 points and you currently have only 24. Most likely you got a downvote that pushed your points back under 30.

Now you have 46 on Pokebase so you can post on walls there, but not on Meta or RMT because you only have 20 in those sections (even though they're the same). Kinda dumb really.
