Why is there a button called "Hot!" on the Pokebase screen?

After you click "Full list of questions", it appears along with a few others. It looks like it just filters activity to asked questions, but why call it Hot!?

"Hot" is being used in the sense of "currently trending" but the algorithm to determine whether a question is popular isn't very good.
