Hey Fizz I have a question. So recently I have been asking lots of why is (insert pokemon here) in (insert pokemon tier) type questions. I'm just not sure if I could get banned or something for asking similar questions. I have read the rules, but i still just am not sure

I have a question. It might be rare, but what if someone runs across an moveset that have a stat(or stats) exceeding 255? I saw this on a moveset and commented about it:

Ok. I commented on some Blastoise movesets with  recommended EV  spreads and natures, and there's only one of the "commented by (insert name here)" for the What is a good moveset for Blastoise thread, so I don't have to worry about clogging up the activity feed.
