(for those of you that may be unaware, by adding the modifier of "butt" to the title of dumbo, it implies that he regards dumbo in the same vein as a butt: in this case, not very highly) anyways i think you should put helfire choco taco in time out and/or senf him to maximum security prison (your choice though im not trying to tell you how to do your job or anything ).
