For Dialga, wouldn't you want to outspeed Wondertomb? Prankster influence with phaze Move is only -5 priority. Copycat is a suggestion.

Also, you seem to be susceptible to Fighting Types. I actually suggest change Dialga with the better wall in Giratina. And replace one of your Arceus with either another Fighting guard, or Rain abuser.
