Well you might want more speed, because other than breloom's Mach punch this team is pretty slow, which is sometimes fine, but not all of your team members have the bulk to afford going last. Starmie and tornadus are two fast rain abusers, but simply making your dragonite mixed is also a solution. A set of hurricane, extreme speed, focus blast and dragon claw with a different nature (such as hasty) is a good option. Giving politoed a choice scarf as opposed to specs will also help with the speed and allow politoed to handle threats like salamence for your dragonite while retaining good special attacking ability
