Sandstorm team is very common in OU, building one was simple, but want to reach the top with it wasnt that easy. This sandstorm team is able to hit a rating of 1600+ by its own, but facing difficulties since then. I cant figure out the problem myself, so i need the help from the experienced players in pokemondb communities. Here's a glance of the team:

Tyranitar

Surprise (Tyranitar) (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Sand Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Aqua Tail

Well, sandstorm team without a sandstorm summoner is not a sandstorm team anymore. This set is to surprise all-out attacker like Terrakion to be able to endure a x4 Close Combat, and get revenged bakc by an Earthquake. It rarely sweeps, though. Other than calling sandstorm, it wasnt being very useful.

Alakazam

Glass Cannon (Alakazam) (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

All-out sweeper. Hits amazingly hard on anything that doesnt resist. Sometimes I choose it to lead the team and sweep right from the start. Psychic is its main STAB. Focus Blast is to KO other Tyranitar or nasty Ferrothorn. Shadow Ball is for psychic type, and Energy Ball is to counter bulky Ground type like Hippowdon and Gastrodon.

Gastrodon

Tony Slug (Gastrodon) (F) @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Storm Drain
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Recover

My physical wall. Rocky Helmet equipped to further annoy opponent. Like any other Gastrodon, it is used to counter water types, switch in when predicted water attacks, forcing foe to switch and hit back hard using the boosted Sp. Atk. Earth Power is STAB, Ice Beam is for Dragons, Scald is always good for having 30% to burn target. While Recover is a reliable healing move to make it a full-fledged wall.

Garchomp

Jelly? (Garchomp) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Rough Skin
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Outrage
- Earthquake

Garchomp is a terrifying presence in any team. SD is to boost its already high 130 base Atk to a sky high level. Subs is pretty situational. Outrage is the main STAB while Earthquake is the secondary STAB. It usually serves as a last resort sweeper.

Stoutland

Mr Moustache (Stoutland) (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Superpower
- Ice Fang
- Pursuit

Why are you using Stoutland?! Yes, Stoutland is pretty sucks, but not when it comes with Sand Rush. With Choice Band and Sand Rush, it becomes a deadly revenge killer, as well as a potential sweeper. Return is a powerful STAB with 102 base damage. Superpower, Ice Fang and Pursuit is for coverage.

Celebi

Pink Bulb (Celebi) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 236 SDef / 20 Spd
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Giga Drain
- Recover

Celebi comes with its unique Grass-Psychic typing, enables it to wall a wide range of attack. It is made to be a special wall. With its bulk, it can ensure SR can be set up safely. U-turn is to conserve the momentum. While Giga Drain is its only STAB attacking moves while healing some damages, Recover is a more reliable healing way, anyway.

Any suggestion?

The reason T-Tar isn't being useful is because you aren't using it right.
^. And why the sash?
to be able to withstand fighting moves. Sometimes some Terrakion is KO-ed back because of this.
If you're going to do that run lead t-tar =/ (so it has like s-rocks)
Scizor = kill all the things!
i mean, really... nothing except for MAYBE Garchomp can beat Scizor 1 on 1. Other than that, expect Bullet Punches and U-Turns from it.
Leboss > u have a point there, scizor after a single SD boost can ruin my team utterly
-T-Tar should be scarfed if you're investing EVs in speed. Otherwise, I would give it an EV spread of 64 HP, 252 Atk, 188 Sp. Def to tank (Sand Stream will boost Sp. Def); T-Tar can take special Water and Grass hits really well when Sand Stream is up. Also give it lefties.
-I would put HP Fire on Celebi just to deal with Scizor, because Pursuit will hit really hard (U-Turn won't save you unless you're slower than Scizor, which you won't be).
-Swap Pursuit for Fire Fang on Stoutland; I think Fire Fang will work out better because of that Scizor weakness.
-You might want to consider Heatran as a Scizor and Sun team counter.
