Water Pulse
Blastoise is my bulky rapid spinner. He has Dark Pulse to kill spinblockers and Aura Sphere for Ferrothorn. Water Pulse is chosen over Hydro Pump for higher accuracy, more PP, and chance to confuse opponent. 96 EVs in Special Attack allow it to 2HKO anything that doesn't have resistance. Speed EVs combined with Sticky Web support allow it to outspeed most tanks.

I've been playtesting various versions of this team on Pokemon Showdown and it wins most of the time. The only problem I've encountered is it's very easy for my team to get swept if my opponent has a chance to setup. But I'm unsure how I'd counter that without sacrificing coverage. I'm new to competitive battling so any feedback would be much appreciated.
Cheers :)
