K another team
This team is actually kinda bad so halp me :P
I dunno what to do cause I'm nub and stuff ;-;

Dragonite
Basically. Run (Dragonite) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd
Lonely Nature
- Agility
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
Yep more Weakness Policy Dragonites. This EV spread is to take Dragonite's speed to a point where, with Agility he can outspeed scarf base 102s (Hai mence. Hai Garchomp. Now goodbye). Full attack, and the rest is dumped onto HP. Originally I ran an EV spread of 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe to outspeed base 150s (Hai Mega-Kazam. Go kill yourself.).
Mixnite is better in my opinion. Dragon Claw and Earthquake afford good coverage, with Fire Blast rounding off the set, giving me a weapon to hit defensive behemoths like Skarmory. Weakness Policy boosts Dragonite's special attack to good levels too, so it's all good there.
Now if you've watched Doctor Who you know the Basically, Run reference. Because that's probably what you should do once you see this Dragonite and you try hitting it with a super-effective attack.

Rotom
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 232 Def / 28 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split
Hai Talonflame. Bai Talonflame. Hai Aegislash. Die Aegislash. Etc.
Typical Rotom set from smogon, with the SpD evs dumped onto Def because I'm wierd like that. Will-o-wisp trolls physical attackers, Pain Split to heal, and two good dual STABs to smash alot of the tier.

Genesect
Genesect @ Leftovers
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Hasty Nature
- Shift Gear
- Iron Head
- Blaze Kick
- Extreme Speed
Yup I just shamed myself with this set. Shift Gear Genesect, Iron head STAB, Blaze Kick kills stuff apart from that and Extremespeed gives me a revengekilling move against other priority, and gives me something to hit faster pokemon when I'm not boosted.

Florges
Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 180 SDef / 252 HP / 76 Def
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Aromatherapy
- Moonblast
Florges, the flower of the generation. Literally.
Kinda typical Florges set i suppose. Moon Blast is the STAB attack move, which is powerful off uninvested 112 SpA still. Wish + Protect lets me heal, and also lets me wishpass to other members of my team, Aromatherapy removes status for the whole team.

Gengar
Gengar @ Gengarite
Ability: Levitate (Shadow Tag after evolution)
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Disable
- Substitute
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
One of the biggest annoyances of the generation. The old SubDisable Gengar, except mega and Sludge Bomb over Focus Blast since Steel Types no longer resist Ghost. Shadow Tag makes this guy completely awesome, allowing him to trap opposing pokemon and kill them at will, as well as stopping their preferred move against it with Disable + Substitute.

Excadrill
Excadrill @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
Choice Scarf Excadrill. Kinda revenge killer? Too much speed on my team >.>
Excellent dual stabs, Rock Slide is gud coverage on flying types and Rapid Spin to throw rocks out the window for multiscale Dragonite.

by
/me kills with fire :D!
No wonder this team sucks >.>
This team saks a lot :/
Are you kidding me ? Is that a heck of a best-est team!? A very good team, indeed.
Pft coming from you Pika >.>
LO > Lefties on Genesect imo.

Alright, I promised to answer, so here I go.

Dragonite - Nothing terrible tbh. I like the originality (that you stole from Fizz) of Agility Dragonite. I thinks it's fine, though you can consider a Mixed LO Dragonite set, since Scarf Garchomp really isn't as scary as everyone grants it to be. This or Mixed LO works just fine with the team.

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 168 HP / 252 Atk / 88 SAtk
Lonely Nature
- Dragon Claw / Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Extreme Speed

The set is pretty self-explanatory, and you can decide to something like 12 or 24 Speed EVs, to outspeed all Goodra's without investment in their speed stat.

Rotom-W - Great set, and typical set. You're best off running that Rotom-W for a while, so keep it.

Genesect - Ok, though I kinda dont mind Genesect abusers anymore, I absolutely hate this set, mainly cause you either 1.) Get killed while setting up OR 2.) Get crippled by status. Honestly, Genesect may have some potent resistences, but it has little bulk. So, I suggest making Genesect your Scarf, rather than Excadrill, cause tbh, Excadrill is a pretty bad scarf. So you have 2 sets to choose from:

Physically Based Scarf:

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SAtk
Naive / Hasty Nature
- U-Turn
- Iron Head
- Ice Beam / Explosion
- Flamethrower / Explosion

Simple and standard set. Use Explosion only if you find yourself having trouble with like, Rotom-Forms.

Specially Based Scarf:

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Atk
Naive / Hasty Nature
- U-Turn
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower
- Flash Cannon / Thunderbolt

Once again, simple and standard.

Florges - Nothing to do here.

Mega Gengar - You're doing it wrong. You see, Smogon has been A LOT about Mega Gengar, and already votes to see if it should be banned or not (really close vote, only a 1% range difference). And while reading the Gengarite Discussion Thread on Smogon, they brin up the point that MGengar is better of as a support Pokemon, not as an effective sweeper. Since It has Shadow Tag, it's the perfect killing trapper.

Gengar @ Gengarite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 Def (SDef)
Timid Nature
- Perish Song
- Substitute
- Protect
- Pain Split / Disable / Taunt / Shadow Ball.

This is the very set that almost banished the Gengarite from OU today. Although this at first looks extremely Noobish, it's actually just plain scary when facing one. See, Shadow Tag mechanics prevent the opponents Pokemon to switch out, until after you switch out, meaning that they simply cannot switch out that same turn as MGengar can (Unless you're a Ghost type), unless they carry Volt Switch or U-Turn. See, you get to PICK what will die, and oftentimes kill 2 or 3 pokemons with Gengar, for Gengar only. The set goes like this:

Florges vs Gengar
Florges switches out.
Transformation to Mega Gengar and set up your sub that turn.
Mega Gengar uses Perish song while opponent breaks sub.
Protect lolz
Sub up
Protect lol x2
Switch out and watch a perfectly healthy pokemon go down.

The last move is really just a filler. Pain Split gives you recovery vs like, Blissey. Disable allows you to Disable Tyranitar's Pursuit, making it unable to trap you. Taunt shuts down taunters, and prevent stuff like Heatran from setting up on you, knowing thwy'll die. Shadow Ball is just to kill off any Ghost types, since they are immune to Shadow Tag. Gl hf, you'll be hated on the ladder for this.

Excadrill - Since we said the scarf will go, you can just change Iron Head or Rock Slide, and eithe opt for Sneaky Pebbles hazards, or Substitute, to make Excadrill a notable force.

That's all, son, gl with the team.
