I want to try an offensive based team and I know I don't have a spinner or a defogger but nothing really takes big damage from Stealth Rocks or Spikes.

I have 3 potential leads; Meowstic, Crobat or Mamoswine. Depending on what the opponent wants to do I should be able to counter-lead them. I haven't made half of this team yet but the other half I have used I usually find that if Lucario or Azumarill get a Nasty Plot / Belly Drum then it's usually game over.

Meowstic's role is for crippling Pokemon like Klefki, Ferrothorn, Gastrodon etc. Becuase Mewostic is naturally faster than Klefki and running Choice Scarf I must be able to out prioritize it and Trick the useless Choice Scarf onto it. If they want to Thunder-Wave him I'm fine with that as then I can just set up a Safeguard forcing him to switch and go from there. I can also use it to cripple sweepers such as Dragonite.

When I first made the Lucario set and battled with it, I did not expect it to be that good. The beauty with Lucario is it could be physical or special and since I'm running special I don't care about Will-O-Wisp if I don't get the Safeguard up however I don't want to be paralyzed. Once I have a Nasty Plot up pretty much everything dies. I've been running Shadow Ball as the filler move but see a lot of people use Dark Pulse I'm wondering if that's for a particular reason other than just simply for the possible flinch.

Crobat is simply the scout of the team with U-Turn and the incredible 130 base speed along with Jolly 252 Speed means I can out speed everything that's not Mega or Scarfed. He can also Taunt which is handy and then get out with U-Turn. I like Cross Poison for Fairies but would Roost benefit more, even with Black Sludge?

Azumarill is very standard, Belly Drum - Sitrus Berry - Priority Aqua Jet = Everything dies.

Mamoswine can set up Rocks and packs a punch with Adamant 252 Attack with the Life Orb. That is really going to hurt.

For my last Pokemon I was going to go with Alakazam but that would leave me with 2 Ghost weaknesses and with Ghost being such a big threat this Gen I decided to go with another Special Attacker, Exploud. And it is immune to Ghost! I'm wondering whether to go with Timid / Modest with Choice Scarf / Specs. I'm thinking I should go with the Timid and Choice Scarf since he really isn't that fast naturally. A STAB Boomburst from 252 SpAtk and the Scrappy ability to hit Ghosts is very threatening.

I know I could just go with Mega Kangaskhan, Multiscale Dragonite, Volcarona, Gengar etc. but I'm trying to get a weird looking offensive team together to throw off opponents. And it seems more fun to me to play without the biggest threats.

Imo if you consider leading with Mamoswine, it should hold Focus Sash & have Endeavour. If you want to make it full out offensive, I suggest Superpower for more coverage and so you don't need to switch to Lucario.
Lucario should have Vacuum Wave; it's needed because it's weak to Mach Punch.
I think your team would benefit more from Meowstic being a dual screener; Safeguard isn't all that useful, since it'll only last 5 turns.
Honestly I wouldn't change a thing. Its your team, and it appears that you have definitely put a lot of thought behind it. I personally love building different teams and the challenge of finding one that covers all the bases as far as battling goes. Good luck once you get it put together, and I hope you grab a lot of wins.
I see a good team coming together
Sounds like a great team!!!!!( especially crobat)

This team looks like a major threat to many opponents. These are my suggestions:
Weird looking Pokemon? I think I have some good ideas:
Honchkrow
Ability: Super Luck
Nature: Lonely/adamant
Item: Life orb
Role: Physical sweeper
Moveset:
Night slash (stab/boosted by ability)
Toxic (chips away health/annoyer)
Brave bird (stab)
roost (heals hp (benefits brave bird))

Salamence
Ability: Moxie
Nature: adamant
Item: choice band
Role: Physical sweeper
Moveset:
Dragon claw (stab)
Thunder fang (defeats loads of upcoming Pokemon)
Fire fang (kills ice weakness)
Dragon tail (gets rid of potential threats)
