Hello to all!
This is my second attempt at team building, and I would like to know what to do to improve my team effectiveness.

A little info about each member:
Ninjask with substitute and leftovers has proved me that is a reliable way to create an opening for crawdaunt, mega pinsir or excadrill to sweep. So far is a core member of the team;

Not much to talk about pinsir here, once he's gotten a baton pass with swords dance and speed boost, it's almost unstoppable;

Excadrill is my spinner and I distributed his EVs to outspeed non scarfed rotoms and kill'em with earthquake;

Chansey with wish is something new to me, still testing her;

I just love crawdaunt and his knock off, its just amazing;

Not sure what to do with this last spot...cradily with storm drain seems to work along Excadrill, taking a chance on a possible water attack to kill him and boosting his special

Your team is nice. There isn't really anything I think should be fixed here, but I am a noob at advice so whatever lol.
Excadrill@Air Balloon
Mold Breaker
EVS-252 Attack 252 Speed
Adamant
-Swords Dance/Stealth Rocks
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide/Iron Head
That is how I run mine.
Cradilly isn't really the best for standard. Ninjask should just use x-scissor. I can't really see u-turn being that useful on a baton passer.
DON'T USE NINJASK. Scolipede outclasses it on multiple levels, making it obsolete
Cradily is actually pretty ok right now (Talonflame hates it), but for the strat you want, Heatran totally outclasses it, since you have a massive 3-Pokemon fire weakness just waiting to be exploited by Flash Fire. (Even if you replace Ninjask with Scolipede.)
