Hi, this is my first attempt at giving any help, so this might not be the best advice in the world, (and I might ramble on a bit) but there are a few things that concern me.

  1. I know that it's a mono type team, but the weakness to flying types really stand out, 5 pokemon here are weak to flying, and you only have 3 moves to counter them. I'd either go for more moves to counter flying, or swap for another dual type (like Lucario) who is at least neutral to flying attacks.

  2. You also have 3 pokemon here that are weak to psychic and only one move to counter, so again I'd put more dark/ghost moves on there. (For example you could grab a heart scale and teach Gallade Night Slash? It's a physical move, BP 70 and has a high critical hit rate.)

Okay, so now I'll focus on individual pokemon:
Medicham: I'd switch out bullet punch on Medicham too for a few reasons:
Steel is good against Rock, Ice and Fairies. On a team of fighting pokemon, you don't have to worry about Rock and Ice, but if it's a counter against fairies, I see your point, however, I'd add an elemental punch attack (like Thunder Punch or Ice Punch) as these counter flying, which 5 of your team are weak to as opposed to the 4 that are weak to fairies. I know none of these moves get a STAB bonus, but the elemental punches have much higher base power. Plus you can add better steel moves on other pokemon, such as Steel Wing on Hawlucha and/or Flash Cannon on Lucario. That being said I think it's good you're wanting to cover your weak spots.

Hitmontop: I do like that you've got a slightly bulky Hitmontop in there, it's good not to have all sweepers, too many At/Sp.Atk based pokemon and you'll have a rough time if the opponent is faster than you with the fragility of some of them. Might I suggest maybe replacing Hitmontop/one of your pokemon with Scrafty? It's part fighting so it fits with your team, but it's also part dark type, so if any psychic pokemon come trying to wreck your team, you send in Scrafty as it's completely immune to psychic damage! (Although it does come with a 4x weakness to fairy attacks, which sucks so it's completely your call.) If you do go for a Scrafty, I believe he can learn Dragon Dance and Thunder Punch (from Dragonite) through breeding, which with his pretty solid defenses, he could afford to do it without getting KO'd straight away.

Lucario's Justified will help with the purely physical move set, although I can't see anyone targeting you with dark type moves needed for the stat boost, since none of your pokemon are weak to them, but you can't really help the ability now. I know you haven't EV trained Sp.Atk, but with Lucario's base Sp.Atk being higher than it's Atk, you could put Flash Cannon in there to try and deal with fairy Pokemon, since Lucario is one of the only two pokemon on your team that is neutral to Fairy damage. I like that you've got Focus Sash on there with it too, presumably you use Swords Dance first so you can take a hit before you start wrecking the opponents? :) It's a great tactic which would work well too with Infernape, as it's defenses are almost identical to Lucario's. (This could work very well on Infernape in fact as when it withstands a hit at 1HP, Blaze kicks in and you get a boosted power Flamethrower.)

Your Hawlucha is looking pretty great, you've EV trained its already impressive Atk and Spd, with two moves gaining STAB bonus and the other two covering Psychic and Flying weaknesses. Like I mentioned earlier, a possibility is to teach Steel Wing by TM to cover Fairies, but it doesn't have overly impressive power for a 90% accuracy, so I'd keep what you have to be honest. Also the Unburden and Flying Gem combo is very nice too.

Finally Gallade, I've never raised one let alone run this set up, so I can't really give much advice on how this would work to be honest. I would however swap out one of those moves (maybe Thunderwave?) for Night Slash like I mentioned earlier, just for if a ghost type comes along that can't be hit by Drain Punch, plus coverage for psychic types. You might also want to give Gallade leftovers too if it's focusing on healing? (Although it might have some trouble with its low HP stat.) Can't really decide on what ability, leaning more towards Steadfast just because I can't see many Dark type moves heading your way on a fighting team to activate Justified to make it worth it.

Sorry for going on and on, I think you've done a really good job so far with the typing in here other than fighting, and some of the movesets in here I really like.

Thanks alot :D You've made some really good points which I'll look into. You've been a big help :D I totally even forgot about the fairy weakness
You're welcome :D Haha I usually forget about Fairy types too, only occurred to me last minute. Hope you get your team sorted and good luck with the tournament you mentioned.
