Hey guys, another team on the way, this time with (imo) the best wallbreaking Mega in the tier; Mega Medicham. Wanting to build a good team around it, I decided to do so with a very popular Fantasy core in OU. Lets check it out:

Medicham-Mega @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Zen Headbutt

Mega Medicham is a do or die pokemon, which makes it absolutely enticing to use. You dont safely play with this Mega; you play risky and with predictions. Fake Out is a very safe move, and while it may contradict everything I just said, it has its uses. Thanks to the fact that I have 2 other priority users on the team, Mega Medicham can always come in late game and Fake Out for a kill on a boosted/faster sweeper, forcing it out or outright revenge killing it (opposing Talonflame). HJK is the reason you play risky with MMedi. Everyone plays mind games with you in the ways of switching (usually to Lando-T), Protect (Ferro), or Ghost types (Gengar). If you can beat these predictions, you win. However, if you know for sure you can force a predict in your favor thanks to team matchup, Ice Punch helps you beat Lando-T, allowing a Talon sweep. Zen Headbutt is usually a secondary killing option when recoil misses is NOT an option, and it OHKO's Defensive MVenu 69% of the time if SR is up, as well as common Assault Breast Conkeldurr 100% of the time.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 228 HP / 252 Atk / 28 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
- Knock Off / Superpower

Azumarill, the S rank god of this Gen, and a member of the fantasy core. While Assault Breast may be a seemingly better item, Choice Band gives me power and forms a wallbreaking core with MMedicham, easing up sweeps for Talonflame. Aqua Jet is my only form of priority on Azu. While being locked into a semi weak move may seem idiotic, it is not to be underestimated. It does around 55% to Thundurus, 85% to Landorus, and revenge kills Mega Aerodactyl, who can clean up my team like nothing. Waterfall is the safe nuke, being an easily spammable move vs more offensively oriented Fantasy cores. It also outright OHKO's Heatran, a huge plus, since most have forgone WoW for Toxic. Play Rough is just a nuke vs a majority of Balanced or Hyper Offense teams, while having much better typing to hit more things neutrally. Finally, Knock Off vs Superpower is personal preference. KO lets me punish stall heavily and switch ins in general, whereas Superpower OHKO's Ferrothorn, a hard counter and a very common switch in to the Assault Breast variant. It also leeches and gets rocks up, meaning Latias has a tough time getting in.

Latias (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor
- Roost
- Defog

Speaking of getting in, here comes another member of the most well known Fantasy core. Although Latios is arguably a more competent Defoger, Latias is still a strong choice. While unable to 2HKO any Azumarill variant, it does have much greater bulk. It can switch in to Landorus and MCharY with relative ease and threaten them out, or heavily dent them. Psyshock is the coverage STAB move, hitting almost nothing that Draco does, but it does have the advantage in hitting the Defense stat, and not lowering my SpA by 2 stages. Draco Meteor, however, permits Latias to become a hit-n-run nuke, with various feats such as OHKO'ing Landorus after rocks. Roost allows me to get free recovery against metagame threats such as MCharY and the previously mentioned Landorus. It stalls out Fire Blast (be wary of DPulse!), and i can bait Lando into using Sludge Wave for a OHKO with Draco. Finally, Defog clears hazards from the field. While I may need rocks up for certain mentioned OHKO's, my rock setter can find many situations in which to come in throughout a match.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Power Whip / Gyro Ball

My last member of the commonly seen Azu-Ferro-Lati core, the Fantasy core. Setting up SR is top priority, as prevents many free switch ins and creates many OHKO's. And hey, any damage is nice damage. Leech Seeds are also nice, as they punish switch ins that think they can KO or set up on Ferro. Protect scouts what i assume to be choiced mons, and it couples nicely against a seeded mon, as Lefties + ~12% of HP is never unwanted. Lastly, Power Whip vs Gyro Ball is preference. PWhip helps vs Azumarill and Sub MGyarados, whereas Gyro punishes Lati@s and KyuB, whom the latter always gets a kill if it sets up a Sub.

Landorus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Substitute

Wallbreaking =/= stallbreaking, thus why I added Landorus. Apart from having a wallbreaking core, I needed a stallbreaker to beat arguably the easiest and definitely the most boring playstyle this gen. Almost as bad as Baton Pass scrubs. Earth Power is the main move, capable of just demolishing grounded pokemons, and 2HKO'ing any mon not invested in SpD. Psychic, although leaving vulnerable to Lati@s, it offers me a great coverage option vs other genies and therians, as well as forcing MVenu/Amoongus out. Focus Miss nets me KO's with steel types not weak to EP, as well as beating dark types in general. Substitute is an uncommon move, usually only seen in high caliber play. I decided to use it since it eases predictions and helps me have a lead against mons like Breloom and Smeargle, meaning Landorus will get free kills in exchange for 25% of HP. Def investment can be used so Mew's Knock Off wont break a Sub.

Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 144 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Swords Dance
- Roost

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's the twin towers crumbling! No wait, it's... JUST A BIRD?! Talonflame is and will remain an amazing pokemon, and currently, this is the best set around, possibly only second to the SpD set. Brave Bird and Flare Blitz are both STAB, although BB is always stronger in neutral, thanks to Sharp Beak. Flare Blitz, however, is here so I wont be forced out every time Skarm or Ferro comes in, even though ferro wont appreciate it. SD lets me boost up to sweeping levels, and after rocks, Thundurus is OHKO'd by +2 BB, meaning the sweep is ensured. Roost just here to heal up recoil and SR.

That is all! Leave any suggestions, possible threats, and constructive criticism in the section below! This team, although averaging in the 1750's, has many bad matchups, mainly vs MTar + Greninja. Replays will be added shortly.

Assault Breast everywhere instead of Assault Vest tho
Was that on purpose .-.
No, I stole this rmt from someone who had a large interest in breasts
This team sucks, im dissapointed in you
wow fite me 1v1 i bet ur teams suk more
Do all of your teams have Azumarill.....?

Nice team Lenubby, I particular enjoy the idea of Sub Lando.
A large quantity of my teams have Azumarill, yes. It's a very synergetic and useful mon to have. However, this one is different because I usually use Assault Breast variants.

Sub Lando is great :o
