I was bored one day so I attempted a battle test and did amazingly well, Then I took it online and it continued to win online (7 of 10) Since it did so, I would like to perfect it. It is meant for Doubles

tyranitar

Big (Tyranitar) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sand Stream
Adamant Nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SDef

  • Arial Ace
  • Earthquake
  • Crunch
  • Stone Edge

Sets up a sand storm on enter and is just awesome. I am not built around the sand storm but T-tar kinda comes with it so it is there.

Mismagius
Spooky (Mismagius) @ Spooky Plate
Ability: Levitate
Modest Nature
EVs; 252 SAtt / 129 SDef / 129 Spd

  • Pain Split
  • Shadow Ball
  • Dazzling Gleam
  • Nasty Plot

My breaker of walls and smasher of stallers, uses pain split for a nice recovery/damage move, Shadow ball for obvious STAB, and DG to cover weaknesses. Nasty plot to boost an already nasty special attack.

latias
Bianca (Latias) @ Draco Plate
Ability: Levitate
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 SAtt / 180 Def / 78 SDef

  • Dragon Pulse
  • Thunderbolt
  • Mist Ball
  • Recover

Bulky enough to take a few hits and has reliable recovery with recover. Pulse and Ball are STAB and Thunderbolt covers water and flying well

Mawile
Maw (Mawile) @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate --> Huge Power
Adamant Nature
EVs; 252 Att / 252 Def / 4 SDef

  • Crunch/Swords Dance
  • Play Rough
  • Iron Head
  • Sucker Punch

Overpowered demon! This thing has nasty attack stats when thown out. Play Rough and Iron Head are nasty STAB. Sucker Punch is nice priority.

What worries me is the items. Give Latias a life orb, tyranitar a choice band, and mismagius leftovers.
Doubles Tyrantitar is better off either with Leftovers as a support sand setup or with Chople berry. You can use Band, But I don't like it myself. You could also give lefties to Latias and have it learn Helpline hand, which is what I used to d with good success (and good success I mean that it worked when others thought it would be really bad).
Also, back in BW, the way I made doubles teams was to slap on Pokemon I liked, find something that could kinda go well, and use about 8000 different strategies at the same time. The teams were so bad, they were close to being uncounter-able, and  also (somehow, since most of the teambuilding was 'OH LOOK! This guy looks awesome! I can get away with this!') the pokemon actually had a good, solid base of synergy and back-up support.
Instead of Mist Ball, i would go for Psychic/Psyshock on Latias. More power and pp!
Take Protect in account to dodge and scout an opponents attack. Also I assume this is Bring 6 and choose 4. In that case round your coverage: Fantasy ( Fairy, Dragon, Steel) In your case this is Maw + Lati but you totally forgot the FireWaterGrass core.
