Beedrill + Greninja - Offensive Core
Scizor + Rotom-W - Defensive Core
Mamoswine - Hazard Lead/Cleaner
Talonflame - Late game sweeper

Beedrill
Beedrill-Mega @ Beedrillite
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab
- U-turn
- Drill Run
- Protect
Summary - This is the main physical attacker on the team. Protect to safely mega evolve, U-Turn and Poison Jab for STAB, Drill run for coverage.

Greninja
Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Gunk Shot
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
Summary - This is the main special attacker on the team. I am considering HP Fire instead of Dark Pulse, but I don't want to risk losing any speed ties. The rest of the set is fairly standard.

Rotom
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 188 Def / 72 SpA
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Summary - This is the main physical wall on the team. Standard physically defensive set to counter bird spam. SpA EVs to break MegaMences' Substitutes consistently.

Scizor
Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 76 Atk / 184 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Defog
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Roost
Summary - This is the main special wall on the team. It is also there for defog to support the team.

Talonflame
Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Tailwind
Summary - Standard CB Talonflame.

Mamoswine
Mamoswine @ Life Orb
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Freeze-Dry
Summary - I am considering running focus sash on Mamoswine over life orb for consistent hazards. Freeze Dry for Rotom-W

Your team hates Talonflame to be honest, once Rotom-W is gone it can ruin your day.
You have 3 fire-type weakness. Watch that out.
- Imo something other than Scizor should be your partner for Rotom-W; Heatran?
- I think you have too many physical Pokemon, and Greninja should not be mixed. If you need a fairy counter, switch into Heatran (as suggested) and give Greninja U-Turn > Gunk Shot.
- I think your team could ditch Mamoswine and go for something else to clean up your hazards, like Gliscor, Mew or Latias.
Mixed Greninja is the best current Greninja, as a majority of Greninja's previous walls/checks (Clefable, Sylveon, Azumarill) are OHKO cleanly or after rocks/prior damage (magic guard clef). U-Turn Greninja is garbage, as hazards are easily kept up in any battle, and you take 10% for a measly 20ish% on the opponent.

Heatran fits rather nicely. Try the offensive balloon set imo.

If you use offensive tran with rocks, make your mamo a sash + endeavor variant, as it would help you much more IMO.
If I switch Scizor for Heatran, what should I use as my defogger/rapid spinner?
Mew can set rocks and also defog them.
I would throw 76 EVs into SpA on Mamo (180 on Spe). That way it can pretty much guarantee 2HKO Rotom-W and still outspeed most relevant threats.
give Mamoswine a Water attack to deal with fire types better. as soon as Wash Rotom is gone, Charizard, Mega-Charizard Y and Talonflame could and will wreck this team to peices.
its illegal in the teirs to run double items (this case life orb) so definatly switch mamoswine with focus sash
No it isn't? Smogon doesn't restrict your use of items at all.
yes it does! Competitive battling restrics the use of double pokemon in  a single team and the use of a double item
