I wasn't going to answer but I'm the only active person that plays LC right now, so a few things.
For a first attempt this is quite solid. There are no obvious weaknesses and solid coverage. There are still things I need to clear up however. For starters, Mienfoo is considered the strongest pokemon in LC right now, and your team suffers against it. Because Mienfoo can run a wide range of sets, none of your Pokemon can reliably check it. Abra can revenge kill but it can't beat scarf sets and it can't switch in on any attack, especially not Knock off. Pawnjard, Staryu, Brongzor (via Knock Off) and Houndour all lose to it.
How do I suggest beating it? Well, one of the more effective pure counters is Croagunk, but that doesn't help your team in any way besides. Since you can already revenge kill most sets, I'm going to make a few adjustments to better defend yourself.
Firstly I want to suggest a different Abra set. Sash revenge is helpful in a lot of situations, but is arguable an inferior sweeper and is less capable beating certain threats than Sub+3 attacks Abra.
Abra @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
Level: 5
EVs: 240 SpA / 200 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Substitute
Substitute eases prediction against non-scarf Mienfoo as it it allows it to take any attack or help sweep a switch in with 2 hits. it also helps beat Pawnjard which can beat sash abra with some SpDef investment and eviloite. The moves are the same besides substitute. No HP EVs because it can't reach 21 HP anyway without severely sacrificing power, and 19 is a better sub number than 20.
Onto the next suggestion, and that is Snubbull. Snubbull's passable bulk combined with Fairy typing and Intimidate make it an effective mienfoo counter. More than that, it has access to heal bell and useful offensive and defensive fairy coverage. I'd replace Pawnjard for Snubbul, since with a high speed tier all round you don't really need priority as much, and Pawnjard adds fire and ground weaknesses you don't need. This is my set, Heal bell + 3 attacks
Snubbull @ Berry Juice / Eviolite
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 196 Atk / 36 Def / 196 SpD / 36 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Heal Bell
- Play Rough
- Close Combat
- Fire Punch / Earthquake
I very much liek Berry Juice on this site, though Eviolite is more than acceptable. You could opt for LO if you want but Snubb's power and coverage makes up for lack of wallbreaking. Heal Bell is much wanted support, and Play Rough makes sizeable dents in whatever doesn't resist it. Close Combat deals with Pawnjard and other steel types wile Fire Punch is mainly for Ferroseed specifically, and for 2HKOing Snivy. EQ is an option for electric and fire types that like to switch in on Snubb and burn or paralyse it.
Other additional suggestions include Drilbur > Staryu for it's greater offensive presence an further easing prediction versus Mienfoo, Croagunk and Pawnjard. Though it has great offensive synergy, it has less than great defensive synergy, with not particularly useful resistances and weaknesses to water and grass. I'd also highly suggest running Baton Pass > Fake Out on Mienfoo for momentum grabbing and getting one ups on Abra and Croagunk.
