Looks like a solid team!

I would run Zen Headbutt over Psycho Cut because Psycho Cut will only hit Bulk-Up users and they (except for Scrafty, which is beaten by Drain Punch) generally get destroyed by Psychic STAB anyways. Plus, you're running max speed Gallade, which means that you can get a flinch chance from Zen Headbutt.

I'm not sure why you carry Ice Punch on Hoopa-U because stuff like Hyperspace Fury can hit as hard as Ice Punch even on Flying-types, unless if you're trying to get stuff like Landorus. I would recommend replacing Ice Punch with Focus Blast and Psychic with Zen Headbutt.

You can also invest the 4 extra EVs into Sp. Atk and change the nature to Hasty, so you can boost Hoopa-U's speed. It's almost always recommended to have a speed boosting nature with Choice Scarf to hit a specific speed tier.

Your other sets look perfectly fine, but I tend to look at individual sets, rather than a whole, so I don't know what to recommend to replace Metagross with. :(

Anyways, your team is pretty cool! Good luck laddering with it.

Edit: Can you also provide replays, so that I can see how you use your team?
Thanks for the suggestions! I will definitely check 'em out! n_n
I'm not really sure about this, but it seems that your entire team can fall to a mega Gyarados after using dragon dance once or twice.
I would have thought M-Gallade, Alakazam and maybe Victini could handle it. Deoxys can taunt to prevent DDs too
There are no priority attacks. If sent in at the right time (eg against Metagross), it could easily set up 2 dragon dances. The Alakazam seems to be the only threat.
