Decidueye is a great Bird Pokémon for removing hazards since he won’t receive as much damage from Stealth Rock as the others. Curse combined with Spirit Shackle is also an excellent combo. Replace Swellow with the Oricorio and make it electric type.
if you were going to go hardcore flying type, then I would recommend switching decidueye with pidgeot (preferably) or Hawlucha
Um, this is a little off because Decidueye isn't flying, so you won't get as many flying types.  Switch Decidueye out for M Pigdeot.
First, the team's owner is most likely not not on this site anymore. Please don't post on old RMT threads. Second, why would he want an all-flying team that can be swept by one electric type opponent?
I'm still here ;)
I'm training bird Pokémon and Decidueye is a bird (even though it isn't a Flying-type).

hi! hi! I like your team <3 birds are cool

you have too many normal flying types in my opinion. getting rid of them and keeping one if a good option in my opinion. I'd keep Starapter. i'd also pick roost on it, and have quick attacker for the occasional faster pokemon. life orb + brave bird is gonna kill it despite roost, so maybe leftovers for recovery? You already have 1.2x power for it.

Getting hawlucha in there is a good idea for fighting type, so getting rid of braviary and putting him in there would help. changing detect to protect for more pp is essential. jolly would be better too. Hawlucha is more a sweeper than scouter, but it could work.

talonflame needs brave bird instead of acrobatics. roost and swords dance are good, but leftovers would be better for it. kinda like starapter. maybe consider having u-turn and taunt in you set? keeps others from setting up on you or more scouting opportunities.

oricorio-pom-pom is good for the electric type. i'd use it instead of swellow. substitute is better on it than teeter dance.

decidueye should be your special tank. heck, i'd suggest eviolite dartrix with curse and leaf blade + peck, with roost of course. making it your special tank would be nice.

defog can be on skarmory instead of whirlwind.

Both detect and protect are a waste of a move slot on Hawlucha because it can sweep more easily by knowing more coverage moves. Dartrix makes for a bad tank because it has too many weaknesses and isn't very bulky even with eviolite.
