Just a few quick things.

1) You get bodied by Earthquake. Perhaps consider fitting in a defensive flying type such as Lando-T/Celesteela/Zapdos somewhere.

2) Charizard-X isn't in a great spot right now due to an influx of Fairy types, but you also have no way of removing entry hazards. This means Stealth Rocks will destroy him. Rapid spin on Excadrill would help alleviate this. Also Flame Charge seems good in principle, but practically it's near worthless. Either Roost, Will-O-Wisp or Earthquake would be better in this slot.

3) In line with Rapid Spin on Excadrill, drop Sandstorm and change the ability to Mold Breaker. Excadrill isn't threatening enough to have a turn to set up SS, and is hard countered by the most prevalent mon in the tier, Lando-T.

4) Toxapex - Modest nature is useless. Choose a defensive nature that lowers Atk, like Bold. Furthermore, try to choose a defence to specialise in, as that EV spread is far from optimal. Also Baneful Bunker is crap 90% of the time, use Haze instead.

5) Chansey - What does this do other than sit there? No Rocks, Wish support or Heal Bell essentially gives you a Cleric that can't heal. Hardly ideal. Choose a direction you want to go with the previously stated moves. Also with the moveset you have, Protect is nigh useless.

That's just some quick things without entirely redesigning your team. Try using Smogon's sample sets to get a better idea of what to use, in addition they give you useful teammates and other options. It's not perfect, but very helpful when starting out competitive.

Quick thoughts:

  • By using Baneful Bunker you've forgone using Haze, which is one of Toxapex's most valuable moves as it provides security against set-up sweepers. Toxic is a more consistent option for poisoning the opponent and Recover is more than good enough as a stall move.

  • Modest nature on Toxapex is also questionable. Neither Toxapex nor Scald are selected to output damage. Bold is usually preferable for a defensive Pokemon like this.

  • Chansey is usually selected for stall teams and doesn't make too much sense on what otherwise looks like a normal offence team. On a team like this that values momentum from offensive support, Chansey as a defensive fallback is a bit of a contradiction. If you keep it though, I would suggest Heal Bell or Stealth Rock over Protect. Again your healing move is good enough as a stall move, if it's not then you need to switch and Protect is probably not going to change that.

  • Sandstorm is an interesting option for Excadrill though I'm not sure how effective it really is. Excadrill really misses Swords Dance on this set, and as a whole is a lot better with sand support from somewhere else on the team. Especially with a Jolly nature, Excadrill is limited on "kill" moves besides Earthquake if it can't boost its Attack; Iron Head on a neutral hit or rarely going to KO and will expose Excadrill's very average defences.

  • If you do clear Sandstorm out and don't find a way to fit in Hippowdon or Tyranitar, remember to switch Excadrill's EVs back to 252 Spd. I'd actually consider changing its set entirely in that case, as Excadrill needs both the speed and power to function as a sweeper. Focus Sash lead and Choice Scarf (with Mold Breaker) are both options, as is replacing Excadrill for something that fits the team more easily. (I'd recommend keeping a Ground, Fire or a Fighting type here as your team struggles to break Steel otherwise.)

  • Flame Charge is a similarly interesting option, but Charizard is missing out on Roost or Earthquake to have the move. Dragon Dance is a more reliable option for boosting speed, and your opportunities to choose Flame Charge over a STAB move that can KO more reliably will be limited. I'd usually recommend Roost but Heatran looks a bigger problem for this team than most, so Earthquake is a bigger consideration.

EDIT: ninja'd by Ion lol. Hope this is helpful anyway.

LOL the one time I decide to answer a post here!
Lmfao, similar format and all. Great minds thinks alike I guess haha
Thanks a lot for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I learned a lot from it too! Like you suggested, I replaced Toxapex's nature with Bold, and gave Excadrill the changes it needed too. I replaced Chansey's protect with Stealth Rock, but I decided to keep Baneful Bunker on Toxapex since it does a great job stalling the toxic. Charizard was given roost instead of Flame Charge too. Anyway, thanks for answerring!
