Skarm is not a physical attacker. It's a physical wall, meaning it's meant to take damage. Not deal it. Rocky Helmet punishes physical attackers.

Sorry if this sounds discourteous @mrmeh, but it's apparent you're not yet experienced with competitive play. I think it would be worthwhile to you to practice more on Showdown before you offer advice.

I would recommend replacing aerial ace with fly as it is a higher base power move, and it with be another move than will benefit from hone claws, and nobody will use the move smack down. And even if they switch out into something that resists it, it will still hurt. Also replace earthquake with iron head or thunder fang. Iron head deals with ice types and rock types, and gives a little surprise to xerneas and the tapus. Thunder fang can also benefit from hone claws and it will deal with skarmory and celesteela. Lastly, replace ice fang with protect as it will give you protection from attacks so your toxic heal ability will activate when the toxic orb poisons you.

Fly is almost never good in competitive because it gives the opponent a free turn to use moves like protect, swords dance, and stealth rock.
