I am pretty new to making competitive teams in pokemon, and I would be grateful for anyone who is willing to give me some advice on my current set up.

Team:
Espeon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce

I don't advise using two Z crystals on your team or using Adrenaline Orb over Choice Scarf.

Some move choices are also weird. Curse is pretty terrible on Mimikyu, Zap Cannon has no reason to be run on Espeon, and Flame Burst is infinitely worse than Overheat or Flamethrower.
I would say a decent team with the use of legendaries and mega stones but I would put in a Typhlosion in to get a starter and I would also think of type coverages such as Roserade to deal with Typhlosion's water weakness and Blastoise to deal with fire types and so on
Suggesting a starter for the sake of having one is poor advice. They grant no inherent advantage in competitive play, and Typhlosion is far from the best among them.
Yeah, Typhlosion is not a good Pokemon competitively, and suggesting a starter for the sake of having a starter is a bad idea. Volcanion can do literally anything Typhlosion can dream of, along with beating other Fire types and boasting a Water immunity.

  • Timid kommo-o is bad because your moveset is physical attack
  • Zap cannon on espeon doesn't have STAB and too easy to miss
  • Mimikyu is fast so don't use trick room, it makes mimikyu move slower
  • Don't use more than one z-crystal because once you use one, the other will become useless, waste an item slot

First of all, you got to learn the pokemon natures.
Seriously, you have pokemon who only have a serious nature and that's bad if you would need some chip damage or outspeed another pokemon.
Now, lets take a look at your team.
Espeon:
Serious = Bad; should be modest/timid
Zap cannon has horrible accuracy unless you're running a Electrium-z with it.

Manectric:
Why you go flame burst instead of flamethrower??

Mamoswine:
Totally hilarious.
Who runs Jolly? There are way too many pokemon which outspeed in the OU/UU Tier.
Adrenaline Orb is bad; should be like life orb or leftovers.

Volcanion:
Should be bold with a little spdef on it to tank thunderbolts if needed.

Kommo-o:
Timid lowers your attack and you're running a physical set so it should at least be jolly.

Mimikyu:
Trick Room bad with Manectric Mega.
Curse should be swords dance; Trick room shadow claw for that extra STAB damage.
Also having more than two Z-moves is really detrimental.
