Your team has 2 Defoggers. This isn't necessarily bad, but you could be using another move, like Stealth Rock on Landorus-T. :P

Your team has 2 Z-Move users. This is never a good idea in 6v6 formats such as OU, so you may consider replacing one of the Z-Crystals. :P

Personally I wouldn't run Choice Scarf on Landorus or Specs with Spikes but that's just a personal nitpick of mine. I think the team is good, though I would also opt to change U-Turn for Volt Switch.

First of all Add Ice beam to your Greninja I don’t see a lot of ice fairy or dragon moves in your team.
Mega Medicham a rare choice but it’s good to be honest. I would replace it with mega blaziken
Idk why but most of the teams now being created are looking weak to a rain or stall team (mega Swampert and Mega Venusaur ).
Replace Voltswitch with U turn for lando.
I have never usually seen team with 2 fighting types makes me wonder is it counter chansey,blissed,Ferrothorn and more.
