The Mewtwo needs a mega stone (I recommend Y to better suit your moveset). It also needs a psychic-type move.

Instead of Flamethrower on Volcarona, you could try Fiery Dance, since it has a 50% chance to raise your special attack.

Gyarados can do just fine without mega evolution, just use ice fang instead of crunch, along with moxie ability, and he's good to go.

To add to Shinsei's improvements, Volcarona, in my opinion, should not have Psychic but instead Giga Drain. In X-Y, Greninja is VERY popular as a hazard setter and as Ash-Greninja in USUM. To annihilate it, Giga Drain takes full advantage of non-expecting Greninjas. At one point in time, I was thinking of replacing something with HP Ice to deal with Lando-T & Greninja Cores.
