I’d just like to point out that Facade doesn’t work like you think it does. Facade’s power doubles if you’re statused, not your opponent.
As much as Beedrill is a good Bug type, I would go for another pokemon. Even as a mega, Beedrill still need a decent Sp. Atk stat. I would go for either Mega Scizor, or Vikavolt.
Beedrill doesn't need a decent Special Attack Stat when it doesn't use Special Attacks. :P

Porygon-Z is only really ever used as a Z-Conversion user, if at all. :P

I suggest you replace everything except Porygon-Z for something viable in OU or Swap everything except Mega-Beedrill for something Viable in UU and play UU instead. :P
