Having two defogers is a must. Rotom and Fini pair really well with Zard X. Lando helps with the Toxapex. Rotom can kinda deal with Milotic and pex. I changed Fini for Lele and changed the Magearna for a Pex. The pex helps with defense and hazards. The lele allows my Zard to have Dclaw and to abuse zero priority.
Using two defensive Water-type defoggers on the same team is questionable, even considering your reliance upon Charizard. You also cannot properly support a Charizard sweep without having a counter to bulky Water-types on the enemy team. A special-oriented wallbreaker like Tapu Lele can exploit physically defensive Pokemon to create an opportunity, so you could try that over Rotom-W or Tapu Fini.
What I'm saying is having two defoggers is not a must. Having such similar Pokemon on the same team is hard to justify, no matter the circumstances. With Magearna gone, your game plan for every single match will be to enable this same Pokemon to sweep, which is not ideal. You will be missing an important roleplayer so long you keep the two bulky waters.
I would keep Earthquake over Dragon Claw even with Misty Terrain gone, as the coverage it offers is better, and means you don't have to keep Landorus alive forever to kill Steel types.
