Why are you using Greninja, Buzzwole, Magnezone, and Rampardos instead of likely better Pokemon like Tyranitar, Araquanid, Kartana, Mew, or Smeargle?
Why are you using an offensive Incineroar when you already have another offensive fire and another offensive dark? Defensive Incineroar is usually much more useful with a Figy berry, intimidate, 252 HP/252 Atk adamant, flare blitz, fake out (to disrupt opponents trying to rely on one Pokemon), U-turn (to switch after seeing the opponent move, so you don't need to predict), and knock off (to deal more damage and remove items).
Also, having 2 Z-crystals forces you to waste 1 of them and is generally a bad idea. Defensive Pokemon usually want a lot of EVs in HP so they're better at taking both physical and special attacks.
sumwun is right. Also why put Darkinium-Z over Incinium-Z?
