Go Jolly instead of Adamant on Dracovish. It lets you out speed Barraskewda outside of rain.

I don't play much OU either, but running Adamant instead of Jolly on a Scarfer with only 75 base speed doesn't sit right with me, and I wanted to give an example of an OU Pokémon (now that the OU/UU split is official) that Dracovish gets an extra outspeed on with Jolly. And Fishious Rend deals double if the user attacks first, so you want as many outspeeds as possible.

Clefable is good for stealth rock :)  It can learn that via TR
