Hello. I need some opinions on my first competitive team ever that I made in Pokémon Sword and Shield, new to the scene. I would very much appreciate any tips for improvement. Thanks again for taking the time to rate it.

Note: Under advice I have decided to change things slightly until I can properly understand IV's and EV's and can post about my Pokémon's IV's and EV's confidently. I will remove the stats and will update this thread as I go and hopefully at the end of it is understandable enough to rate.

If you want to become a competitive player, then you must understand EVs and IVs. They are absolutely essential. Learn about them before you ask for strategic advice. Use Showdown if you don’t like the breeding and training aspects. https://play.pokemonshowdown.com/
Here is a primer on EVs and IVs that I wrote in a different thread. https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/rmt/53267/?show=53308#c53308
The stats you've listed aren't very insightful without knowing your Pokemon's levels, either: not that it matters, seeing as there is no strategy behind them.
What format/rules are you playing with?
sumwun
Normal Rules.
'normal rules' is not an answer. What is normal?
Singles or doubles? Are there any Pokemon, moves, or abilities that you're not allowed to use?
