Does this team work within the current meta?

First, Any recomendations are welcome. Im new to Gen8 competitive and am mainly looking to remove any glaring weaknesses I just haven't seen yet due to my lack of experience.

Looks good though you might want to replace Gengar with mimikyu as a stronger ghost type
You already can cover everything Gengar can and you can expand mimikuy moveset with wood hammer if you feel you need a grass move

Quick observations:

• You should incorporate an additional set-up sweeper or wallbreaker to take advantage of favourable matchups generated by U-Turn and Volt Switch. You could easily use Nasty Plot Hydreigon, for example. Corviknight is a good Pokemon, but it will not allow you to sweep every team.
• You should not make a team and then wonder if it works in the current meta. Part of the teambuilding process is learning about the meta and then making a team that will work well in it.
• Your justifications for each team member don't seem to run any deeper than simply 'this is my physical sweeper' and 'this is my special tank'. You don't need a Pokemon from every generic role to have a good team; many team archetypes work by doing precisely the opposite. Think more about which Pokemon complement each other defensively and offensively.
• In a similar way, don't worry about having a 'Ghost/Water/Dark resist' on your team; worry about the particular Pokemon in the OU tier that you are going to face. Hydreigon resisting Water isn't so useful when many offensive Water-types, like Cloyster, Keldeo and Dracovish, carry super-effective attacks against it.
• Don't use Wide Lens. It is not a strong enough item in competitive play. Use Heavy Duty Boots on Cinderace to afford it more switch-ins against Stealth Rock, and consider Court Change over Gunk Shot for a similar reason.
• The Gengar moveset you're using is underwhelming. Giga Drain is a weak attack and will not allow Gengar to defeat Ground-types. For attacking Pokemon, adopt the mentality of increasing offensive coverage as opposed to covering your defensive weaknesses. Focus Blast is a better coverage move than Giga Drain because it breaks Pokemon that wall Gengar's STABs, like Ferrothorn. Protect is a scouting and stalling move, which doesn't complement Gengar's role. Try using Choice Specs on this Pokemon to dent Corviknight's checks.
• Mew is typically used as a support Pokemon. Jirachi would likely be a better fit for the role you have here, as its defensive typing makes it a better pivot and it has anti-stall utility like Trick, Healing Wish and poison immunity.
• Hydreigon is not a very good 'special tank' because its defensive typing is bad. Many of OU's most prominent special attackers, like Dragapult, Clefable, Kommo-o and Keldeo have ways of breaking it. Hydreigon is usually chosen for offensive sets like Nasty Plot and Scarf.
• Discharge is not needed on Rotom-W. Hydro Pump is a sufficient damage source and Volt Switch is threatening enough as an Electric STAB. If the paralysis chance was enticing to you, just use Thunder Wave.
