What format/rules are you playing with?
Any competitive double battles or battle tree/tower etc with flat rules
What does "flat" mean?
Include the other 2 pokemon please.

First post, so if this isn't that great, please tell me how to improve. Please provide the format you'll be playing with on Pokemon Showdown. You're also missing 2 Pokemon. You've gone full speed investment on all of your Pokemon, which isn't that great of a move. Consider some walls or tanks. Slight lack of specially offensive and defensive pokemon. For some team changes:

Beartic: Seems fine.

Ninetales: Also fine to me.

Garchomp: I don't see too much meaning in running protect on a Garchomp, as it doesn't match with your other moves. I recommend Impish instead of Bold for Garchomp, as both are defense increasing natures, but Bold is a -atk nature, whereas you're running both Dragon Claw and Earthquake as physical moves. I'd also recommend Adamant or Jolly, depending on the role Garchomp is on your team. As a tank, go for HP/Atk/Def Evs, as a sweeper, go for Atk/Speed.

Muk-Alola: You're again running a physical set, use poison jab/gunk shot instead of sludge bomb for a primary poison STAB. Shadow sneak and knock off would also go quite well on Muk-Alola, one priority and the other STAB + utility.
