Don't have Iron Head on Cinderace. Go for Gunk Shot or Zen Headbutt instead. In most cases, U-turn is superior for Rillaboom instead of Darkest Lariat. Your Zeraora is fine. Your Tyranitar moveset is fine, and its Ability is really up to you- Sand Stream can help boost its attacks but harms everything else on your team. Go for White Herb on your Cloyster instead of Shell Smash so you don't lose your defenses, and don't have both Icicle Spear and Ice Shard- go for a Water type move instead or an entry hazard.
