Ok. So cinderace is usable because of suspect testing, and it's op. Dragapult with dragon darts breaks sash, and dragon dance speed and attack boosts, Steel Wing for fairies, and finally sucker punch to beat other dragapults and priority. This time, my mixed toxricity is good because of a defogger. Urshufu has immense attack and priority with sucker punch. Wash rotom can Defog and has pivot and 2 strong stab moves. Cobalion sets stealth rocks and can be a special attacker as well. Thanks!

Maybe give Cinderace Heavy-Duty Boots.
I read smogon suspect test page and they said the main fault was not 100 percent accurate moves. I use wide lens so it wouldn't miss because it had 99 accuracy. Gunk Shot only has 88 but still good. I have Defog too and I use it as a sweeper and dont switch out or a last resort when it's like a 2 v 2 so it doesn't matter too much
To be honest Heavy Duty Boots or even a Life Orb are better.
Wide Lens just isn't a good item in competitive, and Cinderace has very good alternatives. I guarantee that if Heavy-Duty Boots didn't exist, Smogon would list Cinderace's Stealth Rock weakness as a bigger problem than inaccurate moves.

While cinderace does benefit from wide lens, it benefits more from heavy duty boots. Cinderace is a great offensive pokemon gaining STAB to all of its coverage moves, and most of the time, the opponent isn’t going to stay in against you. I highly recommend u-turn over high jump kick. High jump kick doesn’t hit much apart from tyranitar and hydreigon, which you can u-turn out of anyways. U-turn is far more useful helping cinderace pivot into teammates against obvious switch-ins like hippowdon and toxapex. As for the toxtricity, I would drop the focus sash. Waste of an item. Toxtricity is great, as it hits common walls like corviknight, and toxapex for SE damage. You don’t need the sash. If you want to run that set, I would opt for a life orb. For the cobalion, I recommend replacing it. There are better stealth rock setters in the tier like clefable and blissey. Other than that, it looks fine! The best way to test a team is to play as many games with it as possible. Pay attention to other teams, and use it to inspire your team’s improvement.

Well wide lens was mostly more for high jump kick, and if I'm not going to use it I might as well use boots. I'll try toxricity but it seemed too frail, but I shall see. For cobalion, I really don't know why I was using it, so I'm going to use Clefable. Thanks for the help.
After playing a few battles with it it really helps. Thanks again
I wouldnt advise using life orb
Maybe Throat Spray, because Toxtrcicity would be using sound based moves to get a boost from its abilty
Hence, once u use a sound base move, yr sp atk gets raised, which would be awesome.
However, Life Orb would just slowly drain yr health away, which wouldn't be good because if u use Toxtricity well, it can last for a long time
Oh, yes. Throat Spray is also very useful. I should have mentioned it. I mentioned life orb because it boosts gunk shot as well, but now that I think of it, life orb is probably better on drain punch variants as it lets you heal.
