Team Preview:
Uxie, Cresselia, Magearna, Glastrier, Melmetal, Conkeldurr
Importable

I really like using trick room, its pretty fun and I've come across the Uxie/Cresselia/Magearna trick room core. With all the new fast sweepers in Crown Tundra, TR really helps against Dragapult, Regieleki, etc. My favorite thing about Trick Room is that it doesn't mind Sticky Webs, which I find incredibly annoying. This team is all out TR, no speed control, but Conkeldurr has Mach Punch.
Uxie
Uxie@Mental Herb
Ability: Levitate
252 hp / 116 def / 140 sp def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 atk / 0 spe
-Trick Room
-Stealth Rock
-Memento
-Magic Coat

Uxie is my suicide lead, I usually rocks first then TR, then Memento to pivot into one of my abusers. I haven't been using Magic Coat much, but I guess it could be useful. It's so bulky it can take a it usually, and if it isn't 2HKO'd, then I can set TR. Urshifu is a big problem, I TR first then either Memento or SR. Sometimes they try to finish me off with sucker punch (idk why) so I get to SR then Memento. Minimum speed to underspend other mons in Trick Room and Memento them.
Cresselia
Cresselia@Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate (another psychic TR setter with levitate?)
248 hp / 252 def / 8 sp def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 atk / 0 spe
-Trick Room
-Ice Beam
-Moonlight
-Lunar Dance

Cresselia is my second TR setter, and a ground resist (immunity, actually). I don't think I need to explain 0 spe IVs, nor TR. Ice Beam hits Lando hard, moonlight is recovery if I expect to need to switch Cress in a bunch of times, and Lunar Dance helps a lot for my abusers like Magearna because they lack recovery.
252 Atk Choice Band Urshifu Wicked Blow vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Colbur Berry Cresselia on a critical hit: 187-222 (42.2 - 50.1%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO
yeah.
Magearna
Magearna@Shuca Berry
Ability: Soul Heart
252 hp / 248 sp atk / 8 sp def
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 atk / 0 spe
-Trick Room
-Thunderbolt
-Fleur Cannon
-Flash Cannon

Magearna is an abuser that can set TR for itself. I've been leaning back and forth between Dual STABs or BoltBeam coverage. Thunderbolt over Volt Switch because I just want to sweep, and Volt Switch becomes fast under TR so it helps less. Fleur Cannon hurts a lot less from Soul Heart (if I get a KO it only lowers one stage) You may think I'm weird because of Shuca Berry but it can really help.

Glastrier

Glastrier@Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Chilling Neigh
248 hp / 252 atk / 8 sp def
IVs: 0 spe
Brave Nature
-Swords Dance
-Crunch
-High Horsepower
-Icicle Crash

The newbie in town, Glastrier. It has great bulk, and Moxie too. Its attack hits 427 unboosted, and this thing is crazy under TR. High Horsepower is coverage and Crunch hits Spectrier hard. I don't really have much to say about this guy.
Melmetal
Melmetal @ Choice Band
Ability: Iron Fist
252 hp / 252 atk / 4 sp def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Thunder Punch
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Double Iron Bash

Choice Band Melmetal is a force to be reckoned with. Under Trick Room, Double Iron Bash goes first, and merits a pretty good flinch rate, if it doesn't just KO the other mon. boosted by Iron Fist, A 144 powered STAB coming off his insane 634 attack stat (with choice band) is just incredibly powerful. Ice Punch KOs Zygarde and Landorus-T at -1.
-1 252+ Atk Choice Band Iron Fist Melmetal Ice Punch vs. 0 HP / 68 Def Landorus-Therian: 472-556 (147.9 - 174.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Iron Fist Melmetal Ice Punch vs. 12 HP / 0 Def Zygarde: 588-696 (163.3 - 193.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Conkeldurr
Conkeldurr@Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
252 hp / 252 atk / 4 sp def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Mach Punch

Conkeldurr is the final member on my team and it's a great status absorber (mostly burn) for Melmetal and Glastrier. Mach Punch is priority to deal with mons outside of trick room and Earthquake hits Heatran hard (who just walls Magearna) Close combat is stab and Knock Off hits ghosts.

Thats my team! Sorry that you had to read through all that, and if you missed it at the top, here's an importable.

https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ou-1211446648 I won by timer on this one, but I was about to win.

EDIT: 2/3 of this team is now UU, should I switch out Magearna and Melmetal for Hatterene and Stakataka and make it a UU team? The only thing I'm worried about is if I do do that is having three Psychic types.

Hatterene and Stakataka sets. (the weird EVs on Stakataka is for an attack boost from Beast Boost)

This team is honestly really good. There isn't much I can say about it.

Uxie: Everything looks good with this.

Cresselia: It seems Colbur Berry prevents you from dying to Urshifu, but I would recommend Leftovers instead to give it more longevity, as well as Moonblast to make sure it doesn't die to Urshifu. I think replacing Ice Beam with Moonblast is fine since Glastrier takes care of all Ice-weak threats very nicely.

Magearna: Pretty good set, nothing to say about this.

Glastrier: I don't know if Crunch is an ideal move for Glastrier. The Smogon set recommends Close Combat, which is more powerful and accurate than High Horsepower.

Melmetal: I don't really know why Thunder Punch is in the set other than to counter Water-types. Smogon recommends Superpower (the only Fighting-type punch-based move it learns is Dynamic Punch, but it sucks in terms of accuracy), but I guess Thunder Punch is fine (shown in the Assault Vest set).

Conkeldurr: Personally I feel Drain Punch is better than Close Combat in a Guts + Flame Orb set, but since it's under Trick Room I guess it's fine... until Trick Room ends. Facade is also a good option to get instead of Earthquake, for those who resist Fighting.

I feel this team is very good already and doesn't need to be moved to UU. Yeah, the two Psychic types may be a bit of a problem, but Magearna deals with Dark-types pretty well.
