I know basically nothing about monotype but here are some moveset optimizations:
Why flame orb on cinderace? I understand the Flame Orb Facade reasoning but it's not STAB boosted and you can't even burn fire types anyway. Scorching Sands is also pretty bad off of Cinderace's prettty mediocore special attack, Flare Blitz is just a worse version of Pyro Ball and finally why 252 special EVs? Most of your moves are physical. So with that being said, here:
Cinderace @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Libero
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Pyro Ball
- High Jump Kick
- Iron Head
Heavy-duty boots is to avoid 25% from stealth rock every time you switch in

Arcanine doesn't bring much to the team other than Ground/Fighting(Not considering dragon since it only covers dragon) coverage and Cinderace outclasses it so I recommend Incineroar as a wall/pivot:
Incineroar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Parting Shot
- Knock Off
- Toxic
- Flare Blitz

Charizard is a also pretty bad-It's good at keeping away ground moves but you already have moltres and for the most part it is pretty unviable.
Volcanion @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Steam Eruption
- Sludge Wave
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power

Moltres should run it's usual set as a fogger, getting rid of stealth rocks-
Moltres @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Mystical Fire
- Scorching Sands
- Roost
Honestly I'm not even sure if it should run this since everything is carrying heavy-duty boots.
Finally Heatran should be used to patch up the weakness to stall:
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Magma Storm
- Taunt
Generally what you want to do is Magma Storm to strap a staller and then taunt them so that they can't heal. Steel typing and flash fire makes it immune to burns and toxic.

Finally there's volcorona. I got this one out of order because I'm bad at my job. You should probably use it for the reason why people use it: Quiver Dance.
Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Giga Drain
- Bug Buzz
Hope I helped

I’m not sure which natures these pokemon have so I’ll just say what I think they shld probably be with my advice.

Right now this team is very hyper offense led, and while this can work I believe that given moltres and heatran are already in the team, and torkoal should be in the team that balance is a better direction. The team is also ridiculously stealth rock weak without a defogger or spinner.

Cinderace- I have no idea what the flame orb is doing (you would need to use a non fire type attack to activate it and then the facade boost is not strong enough to justify the difficulty in pulling it off) and would replace that with either heavy duty boots or choice band. Cinderace is also a physical attacker so I would change the evs to 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe with a jolly nature. I would also change the moveset to take advantage of cinderace’s moveset and ability, my favourite being: pyro ball, u-turn, gunk shot and sucker punch although for monotype I might replace gunk shot with high jump kick for the rock matchup given fairy should just be an auto win.

Arcanine- I would definitely change the ability to either of arcanines others which are much better for singles, however, as a pure fire type I would favour replacing it completely with a defensive torkoal to automatically setup the sun and stealth rocks. Sun is very good in this team at both boosting the attacks and nullifying the water weakness.

Charizard- given there is no defogger in this team this charizard should be prepared to take 50% on entry unless u run boots and I think that can only be pulled off by sun boosted solar power specs charizard with the set:

Charizard @ Choice Specs
Ability: Solar Power
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Flamethrower
- Hurricane
- Scorching Sands
(This also relies on the replacement of arcanine with drought torkoal that I suggested earlier)

Moltres- given how rocks weak this team is I would just replace this set with a more defensive defogger variant with heavy duty boots. I would suggest:

Moltres @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 HP / 148 SpA / 108 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Scorching Sands
- Defog
- Roost

Volcarona- I think that this set should just be replaced by a sweeping quiver dance set given how scary that can be which I would put as:

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance
- Substitute
- Fiery Dance
- Bug Buzz

Heatran- I think scarf eruption in sun is the scariest heatran set so I would try:

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Eruption
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast
- Flash Cannon

Overall this would then be a pretty strong sun team, tho the difficulty would be in keeping torkoal alive to reset sun, and the overeliance on special attackers. To fix this u cld either replace a special sweeper with a physical fire mon or a ninetails imo but I’m not sure how I wld approach doing that without damaging the team so might just leave it as it is after my suggestions.
