Alright, so niether of the other answers (in my opinion) really covered anything, so I'll go over all of them.

  1. Volcarona. I agree with R3BEL about the item, but the item that's likely better is heavy duty boots. With a 4× weakness to stealth rocks, you'll be taking about 1/2 your hp if yous witch into rocks. You'll 100% want quiver dance, as its an op move, and a +1 volcarona can sweep. I'd replace this with giga drain, as you already have recovery in morning sun. If you want that coverage, replace morning sun, as giga drain can heal. Modest works well because you outspeed a LOT with +1 speed.Final set:
    Volcarona

  2. Cinderace. Expert belt:nice but not the best. Cinderace may not need heavy duty boots if you'll lead eith it then not switch it at all. If you do that(for some reason, not the best strat, especially with u turn) life orb is best. Otherwise, heavy duty boots again. The moveset is fine, I prefer sucker punch to get some sort of priority, but that's just me. If you do, replace gunk shot, low accuracy can result in a miss, which can result in it being koed. Evs and nature:all fine. Final set:
    Cinderace
    Item: heavy duty boots/life orb
    Evs: 252 Atk and speed, 4 sp def
    Jolly Nature
    Pyro Ball
    Zen Headbutt
    Gunk shot/sucker punch

  3. Torkoal. Good, but why quiet when you have 0 Atk ivs? Use modest instead to take as little foul play as possible. You may want to consider stealth rocks over clear smog, but clear smog has its moments. Evs:all good.final set:
    Torkoal
    Item:heat rock
    Evs:252 HP and sp atk, 4 sp def
    Modest nature
    Overheat
    Solar beam
    Rapid spin
    Stealth rock/clear smog

  4. Rotom. I don't see the point of having shadow ball and dark pulse. You already have stab ghost from chandelure, so shadow ball isn't needed. Use will-o-wisp or thunder wave instead. Thunderbolt is also nice because its stronger than volt switch, and allows you to stay in and hit with stab electric attacks, insted of having to switch. You can also use the dark pusle spot for one of them. If you have thunder wave tho, paraflinch works with dark pulse. Everything else is fine. Final set:
    Rotom heat
    Item:heavy duty boots
    Overheat
    Volt switch
    Will-o-wisp/thunder wave/thunderbolt
    Dark pulse/will-o-wisp/thunder wave/thunderbolt

  5. Inceneroar. Why muscle band? It's not very good competitively. Leftovers to recover instead of drain punch is good. Boots also work, as again its stealth rocks weak. You have no stab fire, and drain punch is low power. Do flare blitz or blaze kick. Parting shot and fake out are good. Evs and nature are good. Final set:
    Inceneroar
    Item: leftovers/heavy duty boots
    Evs:252 Atk and hp, 4 sp def
    Adamant Nature
    Flare blitz/blaze kick
    Fake out
    Parting shot
    Darkest latriat

  6. Chandelure. Finally, last one. Rock helmet is a random one, and it's not very bulky, so it's not gonna help. A better item is specs, for boosting it's high special attack, scarf, for out speeding and sweeping, or focus sash. If all else, heavy duty boots or life orb.It is able to use a trick room, and works nicely with it being able to outspeed. You may want a sash for TR. It's moveset is fine, as well as evs, but only for a life orb/boots set. Trick room you want to be slow and semi bulky, specs, the evs and nature are good, same for scarf. So, I propose 2 movesets for you to choose from.

1, Trick room set
Chandelure
Item:focus sash
Evs: 252 hp and sp atk, 4 sp def
Quiet nature
0 ivs in speed
Trick room
Fire blast/Overheat
Shadow ball
Energy ball/dark pulse

2, Scarf/specs/other set
Chandelure
Item:choice specs/choice scarf/life orb/heavy duty boots
Evs:252 sp atk and speed, 4 sp def
Fire blast/Overheat
Shadow ball
Energy Ball
Calm mind/dark pusle for choice items

If you want incineroar to be able to use all its moves without switching then a muscle band is good, but i'd recommend choice band if you want even more attack and you are ok with using 1 move until you switch.
Also why not choice specs if its ok on chandelure. But it is a really good team!

Ok so yr Volcarona has a weird item. There’s no point trying to weaken a rock type attack with charting berry because Volcarona has so many other weaknesses. I put Leftovers on mine.
Also, morning sun is gonna be a waste of a move if u alr hv leftovers, so I use Quiver Dance instead.
For cinderace, swap zen headbutt for high jump kick for STAB.
For the Chandelure, a lot of ppl use the imprison set, which I recommend.
Imprison+protect+substitute+heat wave can cripple other tanks or other mono fire teams out there.
For inineroar you can use knock off instead of darkest lariat and u can also swap fake out for Earthquake. You can put a Choice band on it and use u turn instead of parting shot.
If it were me, I would use infernape instead if rotom heat.
For Torkoal, swap out overheat for eruption and remove solar beam. You could use shell smash if u want and put a white herb on it.

While Volcarona definitely needs Quiver Dance, it is almost always better to use Heavy-Duty boots on Volcarona over any other item, because Stealth Rocks completely cripple it. Zen Headbutt is STAB with Libero. The Imprison set really isn't used in singles because, well, there is a lot of switching. Infernape and Rotom-H play completely different roles imo. Plus, it's not coming to the Crown Tundra so it can't even be used. Quiet doesn't scream that it wants to use Shell Smash.
