Deoxys-Speed
- I have no idea to go offensive on Deoxys-Speed. It is mostly a Stealth Rocks and Spikes setter, Deoxys-Attack is much better offensively. Here's a hazard setting set:
Deoxys-Speed @ Focus Sash/ Light Clay
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Spikes/ Reflect
- Magic Coat/ Skill Swap/ Light Screen
Stealth Rocks and Spikes are hazards. Magic Coat and Taunt helps against Smeargle, and other setters. Skill Swap allows it to get rid of M-Sableye and M-Diancie's Magic Bounce, though they aren't much more popular right now. You can opt as a Dual Screen setter with Light Clay, too.
Marshadow
- Contrary to what ■Primal●Shadow■ says, Focus Sash Marshadow is the worst set for it. Life Orb/ Choice Band/ Choice Scarf are so much better.
- Having Toxic on it is perfectly fine. It allows it to punish support Arceus-formes that are too bulky and can take Marshadow's hits. Acrobatics and Force Palm are, however, very redundant. Close Combat over Force Palm is hundred percent better, you shouldn't mind the Defense drop if you're going to sweep, and choose to sweep. Also, have Pursuit on it. Pursuit allows it to trap Calyrex-Shadow which will get outsped most of the time by Choice Scarf.
Darkrai --> Yveltal
- It was the main threat back is ORAS when Dark Void had 80% accuracy. After the nerf, it has no place in NatDexAG, my friend. Yveltal is much more better, it can even act as a Calyrex-Shadow counter and one of the most potential Dynamaxer in this format.
Yveltal @ Life Orb
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Oblivion Wing
- Sucker Punch
- Roost/ Heat Wave/Focus Blast
Dark Pulse is your most reliable STAB. Sucker Punch hits unsuspecting foes like Necrozma-Dusk Mane, Calyrex-Shadow, etc. Oblivion Wing boosts your Speed as Max Airstream when Dynamaxed. Roost can be chosen to heal the Life Orb recoil. Alternatively, Max Flare OHKOes Zacian-Crowned, while Focus Blast deals a chunk to Tyranitar and Arceus-Dark.
Rayquaza
- Dragon Claw and Iron Head are unneeded. Iron Head deals 80 x 2 = 160 damage to Fairies, but Dragon Ascent deals higher = 120 x 1.5 = 180. Get rid of Dragon Claw for Dragon Dance, and V-Create/Earthquake instead of Iron Head so that you can hit Necrozma-Dusk Mane and Zacian-Crowned.
Lugia --> Ho-Oh
- Lugia has no place in a Hyper Offensive team like this, compared to the support Ho-Oh gives. It also acts as an Zacian-Crowned counter, and reliably Defogging while restoring health through Regenerator. It can also Whirlwind those annoying Smeargle teams, which is what AG infamous for.
- Here's the set:
Ho-Oh @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 208 Def / 52 SpD
Impish Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Toxic
- Defog
- Whirlwind
Ash-Greninja --> Calyrex-Shadow/Primal Groudon/Necrozma-Dusk Mane
- Ash-Greninja takes a valuable team slot and does nothing in return. It may have been ruling Nat Dex OU, but it certainly falls short in an legendary-filled tier, since there are much better options.
- Calyrex-Shadow can be chosen to give this team valuable speed control options. Primal Groudon acts as an way to reduce pressure from Ho-Oh allowing it to better handle Kyogre-Primal, Wild Charge Zacian-Crowned, etc.
Necrozma-Dusk Mane is right now a good Xerneas counter, same for the previous latter, however unlike Primal Groudon which has no recovery aside from Rest it gets Morning Sun.
Set for Calyrex-Shadow:
Calyrex-Shadow @ Ghostium Z
Ability: As One (Spectrier)
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Astral Barrage
- Substitute
- Baton Pass
- Nasty Plot
My personal favorite set. Known far and wide, Z-Rex is one of the best anti-hazard leads. Never-Ending Nightmare is a KO to Mega-Rayquaza, Zacian-C, Primal-Groudon etc. Nasty Plot boosts your SpA to tremendous levels, and +2 NeN even OHKOes Yveltal. Baton Pass is fun; when they bring their Yveltal, you use Substitute for any Sucker Punch, then Baton Pass to Yveltal. And have fun sweeping :3
Updated team.
Hope this helps!
