What format is this? Why are your EV spreads so awkward?
Oh I thought I put the format, sorry
All of your EVs not divisible by 4 (for example, 75 EVs in Gengar's Defense) are wasting EVs. 4 EVs = 1 stat point at Level 100. Every single one of your sets is unviable, and you shouldn't have four Megas on the team.
Ok, I'm going to fix that, thanks :D
The only viable Pokemon there are Mega Rayquaza and Primal Groudon, and the sets are pretty wack.
Latias - Why split defenses instead of max HP? Why Attract? Why use Latias in the first place?

Rayquaza - Why Leftovers? Why such weird EVs? Why Return and Rest?

Gardevoir - Why such weird EVs? Why Rest? Why Gardevoir in the first place?

Blaziken-Mega - Why such weird EVs? Why that entire moveset? Why Blaziken-Mega in the first place?

Gengar - Why Leftovers? Why such weird EVs? Why Curse, Toxic, and Hex? Why Gengar in the first place?

Groudon-Primal - Why such weird EVs? Why Rest?

I honestly have no clue about this team. I'm so confused.
@Giru-Ruk

What I will try:
I will try the EVs being in health instead of defence

Reasoning:
Latias - Attract can be useful on male pokemon, I think Latias is a very useful pokemon.
Gengar - Curse can be powerful as a starting move, and then I can switch out to another pokemon. Toxic + Hex can deal a lot of damage. Gengar to cover some weaknesses in type coverage, and it can disable moves with Cursed Body.
Gardevoir - Rest is really the only good healing move I could find. For some reason Gardevoir can't learn recover. Gardevoir because it can have the abilities Syncronise and Trace, both of which are very useful.
Rayquaza - Return because it is a decent damaging move with no downside, Rest because, again, only healing move I could find.
Blaziken - Why Blaziken? Again - Type coverage. I don't really know exactly what about the moveset you mean?
Groudon-Primal - Rest because it is the only healing move I could find

Leftovers - It is reusable healing

But anyways thank you! I really appreciate the feedback :D

Also I think you are confused because Gardevoir used confusion XD
I think you should change the Focus Punch on Blaziken, unless you're running substitute. And add protect to guarantee the Speed Boost. And i don't think you'll benefit from rest simply because Blaziken isn't that bulky, so you're more likely to be defeated in your sleep
Earthquake>Return, Latias is unviable and gender reliance is gimmicky, Gengar is bad while not mega and Toxic+Hex is very gimmicky where Gengar is killed super easily, Groudon Primal usually doesn't run rest on offensive sets, Blaziken is not defensive, and Gardevoir is also unviable, Rest is bad, Rayquaza never runs Rest, this team needs changes.
Instead of being a complete jerk, can you please provide more context? Why does x suck? What is better than x? How can the team be made better?
Please don’t be so rude; you can see that there’re new to Competitive.
Primal Groudon actually does run Rest on defensive sets.
@DiversiaPokemon Thank you! That is very helpful :D
I said on offensive sets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Latias

Attract is really bad and situational. Calm Mind users should generally have bulk EVs and maybe some speed instead of some Special Attack investment. Latias as a whole sucks. The only Psychics in the tier with a notable niche are Calyrex-Shadow and Necrozma-Dusk Mane. Dusk Mane has an important role in checking Zacian-Crowned as well as having other important utility like reliable Stealth Rocks and Knock Off.

Necrozma-Dusk Mane @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet / Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Sunsteel Strike
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Moonlight / Morning Sun

Rayquaza

Why Rest? Why on earth do you have Return? What the hell are those EVs? There's no point in using bulky Dragon Dance when Rayquaza needs all the power and speed it can get. The standard 252 Atk / 4 Def or SpD / 252 Spe EVs is much, much better as a result. Return literally does not cover anything at all super-effectively with no useful secondary effect, and Rayquaza is too frail to be able to use Rest effectively.

Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Delta Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Lonely Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- V-create
- Draco Meteor
- Extreme Speed

Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Delta Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake / V-create

Gardevoir

Once again, bad EVs, unviable Pokemon, too frail to use Rest. If you want to use a Fairy type, use Zacian-Crowned. If you want to use a Psychic type, use Calyrex-Shadow.

Zacian-Crowned @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Behemoth Blade
- Close Combat
- Wild Charge
- Swords Dance / Assurance

Mega Blaziken

Not only is there absolutely no reason to use this over Mega Rayquaza as a mega, but Mega Blaziken is also extremely outclassed as a physical Fire type by Primal Groudon. The EVs are still bad, too frail to use Rest and Will-O-Wisp, and Focus Punch and Flame Charge are pretty bad. You can go several ways with this. If you choose to use Draco Meteor Mega Rayquaza, you can use Yveltal, whose ability to check Calyrex-Shadow and become a terrifying wallbreaker and Dynamax sweeper with a good matchup against Ditto along with its unpredictability make it the best Pokemon in the meta. If you're going to use fully physical Dragon Dance Mega Rayquaza, you can use Arceus-Ground for its great matchup against Primal Groudon and Zygarde, which Zacian-Crowned and Dragon Dance Mega Ray struggle against.

Yveltal @ Life Orb
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Oblivion Wing
- Heat Wave
- Sucker Punch

*You can also use a full Special set with Roost > Sucker Punch, 4 HP instead of 4 Atk, and a Modest Nature.

Arceus-Ground @ Earth Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Judgement
- Recover
- Refresh
- Ice Beam

Gengar

Gengar is way too frail to use whatever that is. The EVs are strange. Gengar is outclassed by Calyrex-Shadow, which is extremely versatile, powerful, and restricting. It can run a variety of sets like Choice Specs, Buginium Z, and Life Orb Nasty Plot, but my favorite is Quickpass. Calyrex can still do tons of damage with Ghostium Z Astral Barrage, while also being able to use Nasty Plot, and Baton Pass to Yveltal and pretty much win the game.

Calyrex-Shadow @ Ghostium Z
Ability: As One (Spectrier)
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Astral Barrage
- Nasty Plot
- Baton Pass
- Substitute

Primal Groudon

Wacky EVs. Defensive Primal Groudon is a pretty good Rest user (albeit without Sleep Talk), but offensive Primal Groudon shouldn't use Rest. Eruption Primal Groudon also generally fits on hyper offense. You've already got a great Zacian counter/check in Dusk Mane, who also sets Stealth Rock. Due to this, I think Primal Groudon is replaceable. You can probably use Ho-oh in the last slot, since you don't have a Defogger.

Ho-oh @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 208 Def / 52 SpD
Impish Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Toxic
- Defog
- Whirlwind / Roost / Protect

Something else

Since some of the Pokemon I suggested can fit well on hyper offense, I made a Sticky Webs hyper offense team.

Great answer man. Must be BAed
Interesting! This is really helpful, thank you! I will try to incorporate these in my team :D
Also thanks for the custom hyper offense team <3
Ok! I have designed a new team based on that, here it is :D

The EVs on Xerneas needs improvement. Don't use Focus Blast as this set is purely walled by Ho-Oh. Use Thunder instead. Since Focus Blast has less BP as Max Knuckle when Dynamaxed, it is extremely bad. You can also try something like Hidden Power [Fire] to OHKO NDM at +2.

Aguav Berry Rayquaza-Mega is not good. You don't need the HP, M-Ray usually needs power. So, Life Orb or a Lum Berry is a better choice here. Same on Yveltal, use Life Orb for a offensive set or Heavy Duty Boots on a defensive set. Assuming you have Xerneas as your offensive DYnamaxer, Yveltal can be made SpD instead. Groudon-Primal's EVs are super weird and look randomly given. Why are you using Fissure and Toxic on a Eruption set? And Substitute + Eruption is a bad combo, your BP goes down the more HP you lose. Again, Aguav Berry Ho-Oh is unviable. You need Heavy Duty Boots or its taking 50% of its HP from Stealth Rocks. Since this team has no Defensive counter for zacian-c, I suggest using defensive NDM instead of Ho-Oh. Changed team:

Well I was going more towards Xerneas as a general sweeper to help with dragons and just mainly anything that isn't steel, poison, or fire. Calyrex was going to do nasty plot and maybe a few KOs, then baton pass into Yveltal, who would be my main attacker. Groudon and Rayquaza would just be generally good attackers, and then ho-oh for support. I really don't like life orbs, as they take away your health, but I did decide to give one to rayquaza. I also put solar beam on Groudon, to eliminate it's water weakness. I am assuming that harsh sunlight counts as sunlight though XD. Anyways, I took most of your advice, and here is the result. What's your opinion?
