Why does Lele have a Hasty Nature? Where's its fourth move? That Jirachi set is strange -- Iron Head + Meteor Mash is redundant, Ancient Power and King's Rock are pretty bad.
Crap, I forgot to give Tapu Lele a fourth move. I thought I did.
Welp.
Mistakes.
I feel like there’s a lot of items that can be improved, I’ll edit this when I think about what would be better lol

Alakazam

Nice set, but expanding force is better in this case because of Tapu-Lele's terrain
Tapu-Lele

I see that you forgot to give it a fourth move (Lol), so you could add Moonblast. Also replace Energy Ball for Focus Blast or Shadow Ball since they offer more coverage. Plus the attack EVs and the Hasty nature are completly useless.
Alolan Raichu
While a staple on Electric teams, there is no reason to use Alolan Raichu on a Psychic team with no electric terrain around. So I would replace it with Victini, wich is a very potent wallbraker with V-Create.

Victini @ Choice Band
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Trick
Slowking
Slowking is far better as a Defensive Pivot than a Attacker, and Slowbro is usually better due to it's higher defense, wich is more valuable giving how many Psychic types have higher Sp.Def.

Slowbro @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Future Sight
- Teleport
Azelf
It's usually a niche choice due to being so frail, and a assault vest won't fix this. Latias is a better choice for you.

Latias @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic
- Defog
- Healing Wish
Jirachi

Good choice, but the King's Rock don't affect moves that already have a chance to flinch, and Ancient Power is not a good move even with Serene grace. Since Latias is already your choice scarfer, here it is a Para-Flinch set

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- U-turn
- Thunder Wave
- Wish /Healing Wish/ Zen Headbutt

Here it's the new improved team, hope I helped!

Thanks for the help!
I appreciate it.
Except, I noticed something. This might have been intentional, but why not give Latias the Soul dew, or whatever it's called?
This is the smogon set, and the choice scarf works better because of the fast healing wish and defog
Latias is a fast revenge killer / support pokemon, so soul dew is worse than choice scarf. Imo you could put a Slowking as a specially defensive mon. Also, Psyshock could be an option over Expanding Force to beat the blobs.
