I would switch the Garchomp set to a stealth rocker, opening up a slot on Ferrothorn so you can run the very important Leech Seed. Consider Knock Off instead of Iron Defense and Leftovers instead of Rocky Helmet on Ferrothorn. On Toxapex use Scald instead of Hydro Pump, and use Quiver Dance and Heavy Duty Boots on Volcarona. Switch the special attack EVs on Toxapex to Defense and give Volcarona a Timid nature. Also, Foul Play isn't good on Weavile as it uses the opponents attack stat, use Knock Off instead.
You may wanna sash weavile, gets OHKOed by most Fighting type moves.
Focus Sash isn't very good outside of hyper offense, Heavy-Duty Boots or Choice Band is better on Weavile.
I'm not that good, but I think you should use Scald on Toxapex instead of Hydro Pump because of its low Special Attack stat. It seems like your Toxapex is built like a special wall, but I would definitely have to reccomend a bulkier build. (Scald is really good because it has a 30% chance to burn. Like a Walmart Sheer Cold, if you will.)
If you want on Ferrothorn you can give it leftovers and leech seed, I nearly wiped out an entire team with that.
Give Volcarona Heavy-Duty Boots.
Why do you have Sitrus Berry on Weavile?
Why do you have 128 Sp. Atk EVs on Toxapex?
Why Iron Defense on Ferrothorn? Use this set instead.
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Knock Off
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Iron Head
Why Foul Play on Weavile? Knock Off is much better.

Ok so I personally would life orb or sash weavile, and the garchomp, if it’s going to have all attacking moves I suggest assault vest or choice locking it (band). Ferrothorn is fairly slow so fast special fire attackers like salazzle, volcorona, delphox eTc. can probably counter that. I like the toxapex, in fact that’s what I use in my sandslash(alolan) for in gen 8 competitive doubles ( stealth rock spikes protect icicle crash) and I find no viable counters. Overall your team is very good and I would use if I could

Delphox doesn't exist in Gen 8. Who the heck would use Salazzle in OU? Ferrothorn can always switch out. Have you used your Alolan Sandslash in high ELO / Ranking? If you did, it would probably be countered by a Fire or Fighting type. Doubles isn't singles. Heavy Duty Boots is better than Life Orb or Sash because it prevents hazard damage. Plus, I don't think this team rate has enough details.
"no viable counters" any Fire or Fighting type.
Delphox doesn't exist in Gen 8.
Singles isn't doubles.
You can switch out Ferrothorn.
Weavile is better with Choice Band/Heavy-Duty Boots.
