If I recall my HO theory, usually a Lead Pokémon to set up Hazards is recommended.  I always like Explosion/Stealth Rock Landorus.

Bring back Bisharp and replace Gengar.  Hangar is outclassed by Dragapault anyway

Don't use Excadrill. This mon sucks and is only useful on sand. Even then, sand veil Garchomp gives it a run for its money as a sand sweeper

Flare blitz > blaze kick because you're on ho. You need that damage and you can't afford to dilly dally around

Koko > Kartana to maximize the effectivesness of Blaziken and Bisharp via screens

Wp > specs on Dragapult. This mon is a nightmare to face on ho with a wp set which is further accentuated by Koko's screens
