Chien-Pao @ Punching Glove
Ability: Sword of Ruin
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Ice Spinner
- Crunch
- Sacred Sword
- Tera Blast

My main sweeper. Tera Ghost helps get rid of the Fighting weakness, and Sacred Sword and Crunch can cover Ghost's weakness. Ice Spinner and Crunch are STAB, Sacred Sword is coverage, and Tera Blast is for Ghost STAB when Chien-Pao is Terastalized.

Glimmora @ Focus Sash
Ability: Toxic Debris
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Mortal Spin

Glimmora is a great set-up lead (I think), because of Toxic Debris and the fact that it can learn a lot of hazard setting moves. Mortal Spin is for getting rid of hazards on my side.

Armarouge @ Choice Specs
Ability: Weak Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Aura Sphere

Armarouge is a decent special attacker, but Volcarona would probably be better. Flamethrower and Psychic are STAB, and the other moves are coverage.

Iron Valiant @ Assault Vest
Ability: Quark Drive
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Close Combat
- Moonblast
- Knock Off
- Psychic

My mixed attacker, I don't know if I should just make this a special attacker instead. Also, should I replace Assault Vest with a Booster Energy?

Dondozo @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Yawn
- Body Slam
- Earthquake

My second physical attacker, Dondozo has crazy HP, allowing it to tank most things and then hitting back with Waterfall or Earthquake. Yawn is nice if I want to make the opponent go to sleep.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam

Gengar is my best special, attacker, it outspeeds a lot of things and does a lot of damage. Sludge Bomb and Shadow Ball are STAB, and Thunderbolt and Dazzling Gleam are coverage.

Not too versed with the OU meta right now, but there're a few common sense changes you can make:
Chien-Pao doesn't get any use out of its item; try replacing it with something like Life Orb.
Glimmora's ability already does a good enough job setting T-Spikes, so you're better off running something like explosion in that slot.
Your team lacks any hazard removal outside of Glimmora who, even without Explosion, probably doesn't last very long into the game, though my lack of OU knowledge means I can't make a good recommendation for who to replace with something for hazard removal.
Definitely run Booster Energy over AV on Valiant.
Gengar's too frail to get much use out of Black Sludge; try running a Choice item, Life Orb, or maybe Focus Sash if you add hazard removal.
Glimmora has 55 Attack, but I will try the other suggestions.
The main incentive to using Explosion is that it buys you momentum, not that it will do a lot of damage. Plenty of competing options for Glimmora though.
