I feel like you want offensive Trick Room Magearna and Cresselia on every trick room team. Mage provides important defensive utility in checking Lele and Cress is very Bulky in general. I'd replace Dusclops and Kommo-o with those two.
I think I'll try rating this one. I play sm a fair amount.
You said you changed the EVs on conkeldurr. What do the new  EVs do?
In general, what are the EV spreads motivated by? Did you do some calcs, find them somewhere, etc?
If you just dragged the sliders on Showdown somewhere that felt right, remember next time to have real reasons for your EV spread.
Yes, all spreads except the Mawile and Kommo-o seems really random.

Pokemon Changed
Reuniclus-> OTR Magearna
Magearna @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flash Cannon/Fleur Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Trick Room

OTR Magearna is a staple of trick room teams. It's defensive typing allows it to be a reliable check to Tapu Lele, which tears your team apart otherwise. Thunderbolt is for Toxapex and Tocus Blast is for steel types like Ferrothorn and Heatran. When the opposing team is weakened, Magearna can come in and clean up late game. Shuca lets it get up TR in front of Landorus-Therian and Garchomp.

Dusclops-> Cresselia
Cresselia (F) @ Mental Herb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Ice Beam
- Moonlight
- Lunar Dance
Cresselia has very high bulk and this let's it set up trick room on large portion of the tier. It's ground immunity allows it to pivot into Ground type attacks aimed at Mega Mawile. Ice Beam let's you check Garchomp and Landorus-Therian. Lunar Dance helps you maintain momentum.

Kommo-o-> Uxie
Uxie @ Mental Herb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Stealth Rock
- Memento
- Magic Coat
Uxie provides your team with a stealth rock setter. The given spreads let's you live banded knock off from Weavile. Uxie is very bulky, letting it get up TR in most situations. Magic Coat blocks taunt users like Tapu Fini. Memento generates opportunities for your team and keeps up momentum.

Other Changes
I gave all your pokemon minimum speed to be as fast as possible in TR. I added Sucker Punch on Mawile over Iron Head. You can try Fire Fang over it if Mega Scizor is an issue.
