The main issue I have with the team is its ability to sweep. You may recommend me a couple of sweepers available in National Dex UU.

Weavile @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pickpocket
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
+Spe -SpA
- Triple Axel
- Knock Off
- Low Kick
- Ice Shard

Weavile's main role is hardly a sweeper, more like a late-game custodian, given its delicate bulk. 1. Glass cannon shall look upon every single blow as coup de grâce so Focus Sash is needed. 2. Triple Axel outperforms Ice Spinner. 3. Low Kick takes out heavy opponents, especially those of rock-type and steel-type such as Tyranitar. 4. A priority move like Ice Shard is needed as Weavile is occasionally out-sped by some and those with speed-boosting moves.

Arcanine @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 84 HP / 224 Atk / 88 Def / 112 SpD
+Atk -SpA
- Extreme Speed
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge
- Roar

I sacrifice Arcanine's speed for its dense body. 95 speed doesn't deserve to be invested. It is allocated the role of wall breaker though it is not that effective. 1. Extreme Speed is priority move which hits hard with 80 power and moves prior to most priority move. 2. Flare Blitz is a reliable STAB move. 3. Wild Charge is usually put to use for prediction of water-type foe's switch-in. 4. Roar may help to repel stat set-uppers and an imminent threatening switch-in (so I got to make a free hit if opponent were to switch back to the original Pokemon). 5. Sitrus Berry is to provide a chance to deal one last blow. 6. I usually lead with Forretress that is super vulnerable to fire. Sometimes, Arcanine is switched in to eat predicted fire-type attack with immunity granted by Flash Fire.

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 104 HP / 252 Def / 152 SpA
+Def -Atk
IVs: 0 Atk
- Yawn
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Earth Power

The reason why Quagsire is built as a special attacker is mainly due to Ice Beam. Other than special ice-type move, it doesn't the physical one. Also, my team lacks special attackers. 1. Yawn plus Stealth Rock instills depression and is able to lend me personal space to do some stuff like switching to Forrestress for Rapid Spin if foe decides to let his Pokemon slumber. 2. Ice Beam annihilates Gliscor and Grass-type Pokemon. However its special attack is not adequate to OHKO any entity notwithstanding type advantage. 3. Surf is a STAB move. 4. Earth Power is a STAB move. 5. Unaware makes it a tank against Dragon Dancers, Sword Dancers.

Gardevoir-Mega @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Pixilate
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
+Spe -Atk
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Energy Ball
- Psychic
- Mystical Fire

Mega Gardevoir is obviously a sweeper without excellent speed. In fact, this is the team's sole sweeper so I need other suggestion of a sweeper in my team, preferably a substitution of Arcanine. 1. Hyper Voice is benefited under the effect of Pixilate. 2. Energy Ball is to tuck a grass-type coverage into the team so as to deal with Water-type Pokemon as Wild Charge is distributed to a fire-type Pokemon. 3. Psychic is a STAB move. 4. Instead of Aura Sphere, I give Mega-Gardevoir Mystical Fire to kill Steel-type Pokemon in fear of Aegislash.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 220 HP / 180 Atk / 108 SpD
+SpD -SpA
- Protect
- U-Turn
- Earthquake
- Aqua Tail

Is Gliscor a sweeper? I am perplexed whether if I should change U-Turn to Sword Dance for a sweeper's trait. 1. Toxic Orb paired with Poison Heal does annoying regeneration. 2. U-Turn protects a frail Pokemon that is to be switched in by tanking a hit beforehand. 3. Earthquake is a STAB move. 4. Aqua Tail breaks through another Gliscor. 5. Protect stalls the game for Poison Heal's regeneration.

Forretress @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 192 HP / 188 Def / 128 SpD
+SpD -Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Body Press
- Volt Switch
- Rapid Spin

Forretress is quite a dangerous leader to use. Stealth Rock setter is usually a suicidal leader. However, in this built, it takes the role of Rapid Spinner. Is it necessary to add a Defogger like Skarmory? 1. This Pokemon is a typical, repetitive Stealth Rock setters and in the meantime, a Rapid Spinner. 2. Body Press is benefitted from skyrocketing defense and takes out Tyranitar if the opponent is an ignoramus about Forretress's fighting-type coverage. 4. A slow Volt Switch could escort a frail Pokemon after tanking a hit. 5. Rocky Helmet constantly retaliates with a decent damage.

Arcanine's defenses aren't necessarily the best, but it is outsped by other common Pokémon, so a Pokémon with Sticky Web could be useful. If you want to keep SR, then a good option would be Shuckle. It's defenses make it difficult to get off the field and a standard stall set could suffice. If you don't mind getting rid of SR then Galvantula would work.

Shuckle @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Def / 196 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Protect
- Toxic / Infestation

Standard support for slower allies like Arcanine. Toxic let's it deal good damage while it tanks hits.

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sticky Web
- Thunder
- Energy Ball
- Volt Switch

This set lets Galvantula provide support and deal respectable damage. Thunder's accuracy is increased via Compound Eyes, Energy Ball kills off Ground types and Volt Switch is for a fast pivot.

Now for the new Arcanine.

Arcanine @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed
- Wild Charge
- Play Rough

A Choice Band Wallbreaker set. Flare Blitz for STAB, Play Rough for Dragons, Tera Electric Wild Charge for bulky Water types like Vaporeon, and E-Speed for revenge killing.

For Gliscor, I'd recommend you minimize it's Speed IVs and give it a -Spe nature, just so it can work well against Trick Room teams and be more effective as a slow pivot. Aqua Tail can be swapped out for SD to sweep in Trick Room.

For Quagsire, swap out Surf for Recover. This helps improve survivability and you still have Earth Power for STAB with Ice Beam for Flying types.

I don't see anything wrong with Gardevoir.

For a second sweeper, I have three options for you: Alakazam, Haxorus or Blacephalon.

Alakazam @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam
- Shadow Ball

All moves are buffed by Life Or with no drawbacks thanks to Magic Guard. NP for set-up, Psychic for STAB and the other two for coverage.

Haxorus @ Muscle Band
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Iron Head

Standard set-up sweeper. 2 coverage moves and 1 STAB.

Blacephalon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Fast specs with powerful STAB and coverage. Tera Grass boosts the power of Hidden Power.

Out of the 3, I recommend Haxorus the most.

This team was from over a year ago lol, so there are a couple things I should point out...

- Tera is banned from NDUU
- Gliscor isn't in NDUU anymore as it rose back up to NDOU

I'd go in-depth and share my thoughts about the advice in your answer and OP's team, but I haven't played NDUU in a while. The team in general OP made isn't viable in the NDUU meta, so it'd be hard for me to give advice to fix the team without making an entire new team. (Also, the team was from last year, so advice to help the team isn't really relevant tbh)
Lol just realised. I'll see if I can make changes to suit the clauses.
