Here’s my first RMT. Stall all day, stall all night.

Ting-Lu @ Leftovers
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera: Ghost
Evs: 252 HP / 252 SpDef / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Ruination
- Whirlwind

So this is usually the lead. Stealth Rock- Whirlpool. Ruination-Whirlpool can also be effective, although slower. Leftovers allow for slow recovery. Earthquake is a good attack in case of Taunt. Tera Ghost to Spin-block. It will be hard to effectively Ko this. You’ll have time to chip the opponent a good bit.

Skeledirge @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Unaware
Tera: Fire
Evs: 252 HP / 252 SpDef / 4 Def
Bold Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Torch Song
- Slack Off
- Hex

Simple burn stalker that can become offensive if the conditions are right. Unaware to stop sweep. Will-O-Wisp to burn, Hex to take advantage of the burn, or other status conditions other members of this team will cause. Slack Off is recovery. Torch Song is a nice variable here. This could turn our stalker to an offensive monster. Tera Fire to help that potential push.

Glimmora @ Air Balloon
Ability: Corrosion
Tera: Ghost
Evs: 252 HP / 252 SpDef / 4 Def
Bold Nature
- Mortal Spin
- Power Gem
- Spiky Shield
- Toxic

Air Balloon keeps you safe from at least one devastating Earthquake. Mortal Spin to clear hazards. Power Gem is a pretty powerful attack. Spiky Shield is a better protect and helps stall. Toxic is the thing you stall for. Tera Ghost to stop Spin-Blocking and removes its Earthquake weakness.

Dondonzo @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Tera: Dragon
Evs: 252 Hp / 252 Def / 4 SpDef
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Curse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

A pretty regular Dondonzo set, but very effective. Liquidation is STAB and can lower opponent’s Defense. Curse is to make Dondonzo a physical wall and wallbreaker. Rest to restore health. Sleep Talk to continue all annoying things while asleep. Tera Drago to get rid of dangerous weaknesses. Take that Thunderbolt and Giga-Drain!

Electrode-H @ Leftovers
Ability: Soundproof
Tera: Grass
Evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Discharge
- Giga-Drain
- Leech Seed

Trust me, this is one of the most underrated staller and can cause headaches even in OU. Switch this into something like Rotom-Wash. Opponent obviously will switch out. On that turn use Substitute. Then Leech Seed the Pokémon swapping in. With Electrode’s speed, you’re able to set up another substitute(if it is broken) before your opponent can move. The recovery will make up for the substitutes. Electrode will lose only about 1-5% of health each turn. This can’t be stopped by Toxic because of the Sub. Most moves that bypass the Sub will be stopped by Soundproof. Boosted attack won’t help either. It is countered by Grass types, Pokémon that are faster or have boosted speed, and Draco Meteor.

Kingambit @ Leftovers
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera: Dark
Evs: 252 Atk / 252 Hp / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Kowtow Cleave
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance

Fine, this team has ONE sweeper. Yes, Kingambit may be banned, but enjoy for now!!! This is the last Pokémon to send out. Kingambit is extremely effective in cleaning up what the stalkers have chipped. Evs and item allow Kingambit to be a nice tank of a sweeper. Sucker Punch for priority(Kind of deadly). Kowtow Cleave is great STAB. Swords Dance to set up if there is an opportunity. Iron Head is other STAB. Tera Dark to weaken Fighting weakness and give the Sucker Punch sweep more strength.

So here’s my first RMT team. How is it?

Landorus-T clears about half this team, and can maybe 6-0 with Taunt. Also, Kingambit didn’t get banned after the suspect test.
I mean, it is a mainly-stall team. I could add a Magic Bouncer.

I hate stall, meaning I have a lot of experience against it and theres a reason i hate it as a passion. Imma still try and help tho

Ting-Lu: Just a clarification, you have whirlWIND, not whirlPOOL. whirlwind sends the opponent out right away, like roar, and whirlpool traps the opponent. Ting-Lu does not get whirlpool, and so your idea of trapping the opponent and spamming ruination isn't gonna work (unless im reading the description wrong). Whirlwind is still good for an interim check to setup special attackers by forcing them out and clearing their boosts, something your other special wall, dirge, can't do. Just a slight clarification before we move on.

Skeledirge: Tera fire is way too risky. Often times, a stall teams requires all or most of its members to work in tandem in order to wall a whole team. If any one crucial member fainted, it can be extremely difficult for the rest of the stall team to function, unless the mons that the one fainted member checked were gone. Because your dirge is specially defensive, and earthquake is like one of the most popular coverage moves out there, it's gonna be hard to keep it alive without a defensive tera type. Dozo, Trode, Gambit, and hazards already provide enough damage output necessary for a stall team. In terms of what the new tera should be, I recommend Fairy. I would choose water if dozo doesn't exist, as water synergizes well with fire. Fairy is the next best option, as it resists dark as well aas poviding neutralities to Dirge's other weaknesses. Steel types are also vaporized by dirge, and just don't tera before the opponents poison threats (mainly just moth and snease) are dealt with.

Glimmora: I honestly do not know if this is a good set or not. I have never used corrosion glimm before, although I have seen it a couple of times. All I can saw is that you should consider Cyclizar. Instead of Toxic, it offers Regenerator to be able to spin many times, pivoting in u-turn, and item removal in knock off (ill put a set below). If you choose to do that, I recommend spikes on ting-lu to rack up more passive damage, as the lack of toxic support can be somewhat noticable

Dozo: I hate this set. Which means its the best set.

Electrode: I don't really see a lot of mons that it can force out with its wet tissue paper defenses, exemplified by your max invest in speed leaving little for the defenses after maxing hp. It doesn't help that many great mons, such as the poisons mentioned earlier, Race, and Glowking match up positively against it. Gholdengo is also immune to leech seed, which means spdef Gholdengo can easily wall it instead. In this slot, I recommend Lando (set below), which covers a glaring ground weakness that I see with this team. Intimidate can also help with stopping physical attackers.

Kingambit. Often times, one sweeper is enough to end a weakened team. I have turned the tables in 5-1 matchups bc gambit is broken. I recommend a 236hp/252atk/20spe spread in order to outspeed Body Press Corviknight, but other than that I don't see anything major that's wrong. I personally run black glasses and tera flying, but that's because I don't have a good ground counter like Lando.

Cyclizar Set:
Cyclizar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Ghost
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Rapid Spin

Taunt and Tera Ghost deny hazard removal from the opponent, and boots allow it to stay unaffected by hazards, increasing its longetivity. It is obvious how this provides much more longetivity as a spinner over Glimmora.

Lando Set:
Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 Spe
Tera Type: Water
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock / Smack Down
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Grass Knot

If you choose to replace Ting-Lu's SR with Spikes, Rocks can be good on Lando. Otherwise, Smack Down can easily threaten otherwise sturdy defensive checks, such as Corviknight. Grass Knot is used as a method to hit opposing Dozo and Garg.

The most important thing is to not use any of my advice, as stall is a bad playstyle and should not be used by anyone at all. Makes it easier for us HO players as well

Thanks! Yes I mean Whirlwind. I’m afraid I must stall. I am the self-proclaimed Stall Master after all.
