Tyranitar @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP & Atk/ 4 Def
-Hone Claws
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Payback
This is a rock team so sandstorm is a necessity, Payback is for STAB and will most likely be doubled power since Tyranitar is certainly not fast, hone claws for not only extra power, but to always land Stone edge too, Earthquake is for coverage and countering fire and steel types.

Shuckle @ sitrus berry
Ability: sturdy
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP & Def/ 4 SpD
-Sticky Web
-Stealth Rock
-Infestation
-Power Split
Shuckle is just for setting up traps, Sticky Web and Stealth rock would be quite nice and stealth rock breaks sturdy/focus sash, Infestation is purely just for chip damage and power split to make the opposing pokemon hit MUCH LESS hard as they have to average their power with Shuckle who has atrocious power since his main role is to be very bulky.

Ogerpon-Cornerstone @ Cornerstone Mask
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk & Spe/ 4 HP
-Ivy Cudgel
-Horn Leech
-Spiky Shield
-Brick Break
Both STAB moves are incredible and the main counter against water types, Spiky Shield works effectively especially against fighting types since all physical fighting moves make contact and Spiky Shield is going to sting. Brick Break for Steel coverage and breaking barriers like Reflect and Light Screen.

Aerodactyle @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Unnerve
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk & Spe
-Hone Claws
-Dual Wingbeat
-Stone Edge
-Aqua Tail
This is quite an interesting set, Unnerve is to prevent pokemon for snacking on berries and Rock Head is pretty much useless on aerodactyl because the only recoil move it learns is Take down which is underwhelming, but because Mega Aerodactyl gets Tough Claws, I gave him Aqua Tail instead of Earthquake since Aqua Tail makes contact while Earthquake does not, making it a good counter against Ground types, Hone Claws is to make sure it lands all of his attacks perfectly, like Tyranitar.

Gigalith @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk & Def/ 4 HP
-Throat Chop
-Rock Slide
-Explosion
-Earthquake
There's not really much I can do with Gigalith, I sometimes use explosion immediately and One-shotting most of the time thanks to fully invested Attack and Defence, I just need another sandstorm setter.

Arcanine-Hisui @ Zoom Lens
Ability: Rock Head
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk & Spe/ 4 HP
-Extreme Speed
-Flare Blitz
-Flame Charge
-Head Smash
My best counter to Grass types, Rock Head is extremely good with STAB Flare Blitz and Head Smash and Zoom Lens multiplies accuracy by 1.2x if Arcanine moves first, this is why Shuckle's Sticky Web is important, even if the webs are gone, flame charge takes care of that and Extreme Speed is just for nice extra priority.

NOTE: This team was able to beat 2 different fighting teams in a row thanks to Shuckle and its Power split decreasing alot of power, Ogerpon and her Spiky Shield, and Aerodactyl dominating Fighting types

Is this for National Dex Monotype?
I just said in the title gen 9 Monotype
I'm asking if it's for National Dex Monotype or SV Monotype, as if this is for SV(Gen 9) Monotype, you have some Pokemon you can't use in SV Monotype.
Oh mb it's national
Gigalith, shuckle, and aerodactl are not available in S/V how?
OP meant that the team was for National Dex Monotype.

Hey! Nice team! Here’s some tips tho for each Pokémon-

Tyranitar: Replace Hone Claws with Swords Dance. Accuracy is something no one cares about really and it’s totally fine! Stone Edge will hit enough times. Swords Dance also raises Attack by 2 instead of 1, so that’s helpful. You could also use DDance, but if you’re using Payback, maybe not. And is Smooth Rock banned in Nat Dex Mono? If not, use that instead of Rocky Helmet. If Sandstorm is a necessity, it’s perfect
Shuckle: Nothing to say about this. Looks fine
Ogerpon-Cornerstone: Replace Spiky Shield with Swords Dance to set up. That’s why Ogerpon is so scary, it’s sheer power and ability to setup. Also replace Brick Break with Play Rough. Otherwise Dragons are a problem
Aerodactyl: Replace Hone Claws with EQ. Yet again Accuracy is unneeded but strong Ground moves are. Especially if you’re weak to Electric
Gigalith: Replace Throat Chop with Body Press. If you’re running max Defense, this is much better. You could also replace Explosion with it instead
Arcanine-Hisui: Give it a Jolly nature and replace Zoom Lens with Scarf. Scarf is much more useful as you might be able to get a sweep with it. If you do that replace Extreme Speed and Flame Charge with Close Combat and Wild Charge

Hope this helps!

Tyranitar can't learn Swords Dance though...
Also I remember one time when I almost lost because Ttar couldn't hit Stone Edge twice in a row
I thought that TTar could learn SD. My bad. Otherwise Hone Claws is better
